Balance Through Being Present

IMG_1767

We are all capable of growth in leaps and bounds, or small minute detailed seeds.  We healthfully integrate such growth by accepting the cycle we are currently offered and devoting time and energy to bravely leaping, or carefully scrutinizing these rhythms. Our rhythms are our own, to navigate, celebrate, amplify, and combine with the overall resonance of Divine Source to the best of our capacity each day.  And yet, for those that leap, or those that carefully plan, there are times in life in which we are offered opportunities to elevate our personal vibration and often through the opposite patterning that we are accustomed to.

Some of us may live many lifetimes in a single incarnated lifespan, some of us may live a very long one life experience; each soul incarnates with the free will, and resonance to fulfill its life path with Grace and self acceptance.  For those that have cycled many times through lifespans, we are able to offer reassurance, a helping, steadying hand to those that are new to the physical, or have not been on the planet in physical reality in a long time.  For those that are new to the earth plane, they are able to remind us of the delight and capacity to bravely explore all human interaction.

In the duality of exploring new manners and rythms, we evolve a little further towards our own highest good. We all can identify what brings us balance, by looking at the overall patterns and reoccurring life times we attract into daily, yearly and decades of living.  If we are masterful at attracting abundance then what abundance are we capable of bestowing on others?  If we are always in conscious physical being, when and where do we allow ourselves to dream? If always in mental exploration, at what time throughout our lifespan or in each moment of the day will we choose to ‘feel’ and think with the emotional body? For example, if a person is used to carrying others, energetically, the inverse balancing practise, is to release all such sense of responsibility and to identify that the ultimate gift is reminding one another we are capable of carrying ourselves, with God/dess constant encouragement. On the opposite and counterbalancing side of the spectrum of energy exchange, if a person is used to receiving, then the inverse is to give selflessly.

Each of us is always walking on an etheric web of scales.  Where we drop our attention and harvest intentional creative being, where we draw, sculpt and build new dreams. We are also each susceptible of combining our personal rhythm with an overlying cultural or life pattern in the present worlds manifest reality.  It can be comfortable to believe we should rush, and achieve, because of a thread of energy that flows through current culture in an imbalanced way that promotes dissociation from Peacefulness.  We are able, however with devoted time and energy to each choose to be present in each breath, each moment, and see that while we build empires of being, thought, or material wealth, we can also choose to feel, meditate, simplify and expand our energy field to the more ancient roots, rhythms and threads of energy that circle beyond this present time, and offer an anchor into Peacefulness.

IMG_5254

Balance is a daily devotional practice.  It is in connecting more fully with the our physical heartbeat and rhythm, and the mirror, amplifier, greater drum of the planet. Yet it is also in reaching out energetically and identifying patterns that others carry, with depth of compassion and acceptance for the learning path each individual is on. We are always devoted to Peace, how do we choose to balance by embracing the transformative fire of movement and change?  If we are always rushing and achieving, what gifts are we willing to accept into our life for stillness and reception of Beauty?

If someone seeks assistance through asking questions and a will to learn about our personal unfolding, we can choose to offer teachings, yet we can also choose times to be seekers or students ourselves.  Everyone smoothly may flow from one side, space, level of energy reception, to the next.

Opening that receptive quality, for identifying where balance can be invited into our lives requires the free will choice, to pause, to rest, and sometimes to change direction.

For those seeking to feel more balanced at this time in the calendar year, or in their present or approaching decades of self I offer this simple practice that has assisted me in this and previous lifetimes:

Choose a place whether indoors or outside and sit with hands interlaced across the navel.

Breathe deeply for four to twelve breaths, and with each breath allow that ones heartbeat be noted.

Visualize the in a globe of soft white light.  Inside of that globe, there is only space for Love.  This can be said outlaid or repeated in the mind “There is only space for love in my aura.” This is not to say we may not experience echoes of fear, challenge, struggle, frustration or anxiety in our safe energy boundary, but rather that we are blocking reception of external  fear based energy and identifying what we as an individual are contributing/carrying at this moment in time.

Once the globe of light feels solid, a prayer such as this can facilitate learning surrounding personal Balance :

“Dear Divine Source, God/dess of Creation, thank you for your assistance in cleaning all levels of energy that are no longer in alignment with my highest good.  Please help me to clearly see areas of my life in which I ma ready for healing, or can invite in change.  Thank you for sending my guardian angels, spirit guides, ancestors  or the ascended masters aligned with m at this time, to me in my sleep or during meditation to encourage courage, patience and compassion.  Thank you for this gift of life, I am ready to take responsibility for any actions that are necessary or any inaction that is most healthful during this cycle of self, to continue my growth and personal, and universally connected, evolution.  Amen, OM and Aho.”

After such a prayer,  what do we receive? Approaching this experience with a willingness to Grow, can reveal or solidify deep intuitive wisdom.  Sometimes we grow with so much effort and sometimes with spontaneous acceptance of light speed life shifts. Perhaps we receive messages, clear feelings through self acceptance, we may feel, think, see, or hear messages. There may be fragments of songs, warmth, colour or words. Perhaps we identify we are offered balance through the warmth of a nap, song, spontaneous body movement or sustenance through healthful food, as rises through a series of messages in our globes of protective light.

As we sort through and accept each thought/feeling/sensation as they rise, what do we clearly identify regarding our connection to the external world, after we have invested time and energy in balancing this internal landscape? Is there an invitation to practice forgiveness should another person be seeking to place their burden on our energy shoulders?   We may choose to practice prayer for individuals that are close to energy breakthroughs, after identifying that our role is to self heal and then remind others they are capable of the same.  Acceptance of growth allows whatever cycle is natural at this time, to occur, until a new cycle is invited in.  When we are fluid in our self acceptance, we allow our personal processes to flow more peacefully through our lifespan, and empower all those we encounter that Balance is possible.

With light and kindness for wherever your personal rhythms are guiding your each this month,

Kamia

Will and the Word

Energy healers, shamans, medicine people, light workers, and the teachers of many ancient spiritual mysteries, were aware of the power of intent and Personal Will.
Through my clairvoyant perceptions, the Law of Free Will when utilized, looks like strands of energy woven together that surrounds each individual. When able to harness our core essence, and project it outwards into such a light web, we create a safety net and personal boundary framework to filter out that which we are not willing to attract, and to amplify and welcome energy one has chosen to draw towards the self and into the Soul Path.
Through a belief in free will, we are able to choose different pathways, renegotiate said pathway, turn around and climb a few stairs to a new trail, or meander in any direction along our Soul Path. The concept of ‘The Law of Free Will’ is a popular term in current spiritual teachings. The law of Free Will dictates that in our current incarnations, we have multiple potentials for making a wide variety of choices that bring us closer to, or further away from, our core resonance and Divine gifts.

Willpower is a very real tool for etheric levels of creation. If one has a strong connection to ones core, the ‘Will’ broadcasts an equally strong framework/web/ safety net of all that which one has chosen or continues to choose in the future. The words that we think or choose to voice have as much power as we give them. For example, we can infuse the words ‘I Love You’ with incredible energy and power to change another perceptions of the light that is offered them the manifest universe. When we make a conscious choice, and give voice through prayer in our minds/hearts, written word, or speaking out loud, we create an energy field that honours that choice. Perhaps it will take an individual years of practice to connect with their internal power source, their core essence, or perhaps a person will incarnate with intuitive trust in utilizing this will. It is through directing our Will that we may choose to learn in a new way, to navigate massive life changes with struggle or harmony. For example, a pattern of repeating words in our head, whether in self support or criticism, clearly emits on the etheric level, and often manifests as a self fulfilling prophecy either for positive or negative manifestation and attraction.

To maintain the power of the framework we have set, we can choose to maintain commitment of personal will whenever thoughts or challenges, surrounding a choice surface. A person could for example choose to draw upon their core essence, and the power source of the divine networked of lIght, God/dess, to create a framework of ‘I will only attract positive opportunities for career/relationship/personal health development.’ The power of this statement relays on the power of the persons personal Will to build the framework that filters or amplifies. The framework is supported by the actions that also support each opportunity for growth.

For those who seek to identify current patterns, to renegotiate energy exchange and to voice their personal Will through words of power, I first allow my senses to unfold and to visualize myself within a pillar of white light. (White light is a powerful way to hold all external energy at bay, while the internal self re-configures and grounds into empowered being.) Once incased in white light, through the power of Will one can use a prayer/mantra/affirmation such as this:

“I call on the Divine Source to infuse my being with clarity and wisdom. To identify the patterns of manifestation, personal self worth and potential that I carry within my subconscious and conscious being. Please send the light of Archangel Micheal and Shiva to cut through fear based self fulfilling prophecies, so that more space is available in my energy body to be infused with empowered light. I am ready to grow and will approach this growth with courage and resilience. Thank you God/dess for guiding my new levels of awareness in a healthful and easily assimilated manner, and for opening new levels of consciousness through clairvoyance, clairaudiance, claircognition and clairsentience that remind me of all of the choices I may Freely make. Thank you, Amen, Om and Aho.”

We are each asked to clearly identify the current patterns and energy field we are broadcasting on a deep level. Do we truly believe we deserve to fail due to circumstances in adolescence or previous decades? Do we choose to take the steps towards our ultimate goals through struggle, with the will to persevere? Do we actually allow our true sense of personal Power, our Will, to be present in all of our decision making? Or are we giving our personal power away to an external force, another person, or self destructive familiar pattern?

What do we each ‘see’ or ‘feel’ is revealed through this devotion of energy and focus to truly perceiving our current life choices? What empowered aspects of self do we now choose to honour or courageously step forward towards? Ancient cultures fostered dreamers, those who could see beyond the physical, to the potential of what had been, could be or might be through the Will and focus of individuals or the masses. What does our individual heightened awareness allow us to Dream for humanity as a whole?
We are all powerful beings, especially when we give ourselves permission to trust the incredible power of our core self, and to direct this with our Free Will to affect personal and cosmic change.

May we each remember to be powerful,

I was battling my way through adolescence towards elf acceptance, I loved to visit the walls of books one of my siblings had amassed. From floor to ceiling, shelves held the precious colourful escape, many highly sensitive individuals seek when attempting to synthesis their multi-dimensional perceptions with the current culturally accepted ‘world’. Fantasy books are filled with gems of wisdom; energy work, commitment to a heroines or hero’s quest towards personal enlightenment, struggle, loss, colour and magical spirit guides in the forms of mythical creatures and landscapes. Planting Seeds for Compassion, Teaching Children Yoga

When my daughter began kindergarten in 2012, like many parents, I hoped her school experience would encourage her curiosity to learn, provide opportunities for kindhearted friends, and gift me with five blessed hours of alone time. In the first few months of school she would confide in me over lunch, the joys, the sorrows and the frustrations of navigating her new social and education reality. I delighted in hearing that her new best friend was kind and helpful, and that her teacher devoted time and energy to each child’s particular learning needs. One day she asked me what a particular swear word meant. When I asked where she had encountered it, she explained a classmate had taken to calling her that and stepping on her hands or kicking her when saying it.

I went to the teacher immediately to ask what could be done to stop the violent words and behaviour. The teacher explained that the particular child was receiving a lot of support from the school and came from adverse circumstances. After hearing the child’s story, I altered my approach from asking for intervention, to offering my presence in the classroom as another avenue for providing an expanded positive vocabulary, and developing tools for self awareness, through gentle yoga classes.
My theory, was that a greater focus on positive self talk might encourage a wider and kinder vocabulary in students, as well as fostering a more gentle interaction in group dynamic, while balancing all of the major glands in the body though the postures, and might effect a more gentle physical shared experience.

“Yoga makes me feel calm” (kindergarten, grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) *from a pool of just under 400 students

“Yoga makes me feel like I love everyone” (grade 1 student)

I taught that particular kindergarten class a series of four classes, stipulating that so long as children respected the personal space of one another, and stayed on their own matts, they could follow along in a way that felt right for their own bodies and self. Children delighted in being shown through their ‘island’ that their personal space was entirely their own for exploring their bodies and feelings. I was quietly amazed as the majority of the class followed every body shape and breathing technique. Children would learn from one class to the next how to navigate and distinguish between opposite sides of their bodies, balance in stillness on one foot, building strength and confidence in powerful shapes, and relax with their fertile imaginations unleashed at the end of the class. Their brains were flushed with freshly oxygenated blood through their first few movements, and the room would still to near silence. The child who had been bullying mine, carefully stayed on their own ‘island’ (matt) hugging their knees and rocking back and forth for the first year.

Soon after I was welcomed into that classroom, other teachers in the school asked if I would teach in their classrooms. I felt delighted to be sharing simple tools with children for self regulation, awareness and wellness. We practised breathing techniques that balance the pituitary and pineal glands, and shapes that revitalize our immune systems. Children learned how twisting can balance their insulin levels, or regulate the adrenal glands, helping us each to feel a deeper sense of safety and ease. That first year I taught in five different classrooms, with a span of kindergarten to grade 7, mostly in a volunteer capacity, happily sharing a positive dialogue and watching the children’s receptivity to perceiving themselves, one another and their learning environment in a new way. When working alongside that first group of Grade 7’s, the majority wrote of their experience, that yoga had significantly decreased their sense of anxiety and stress while in school. I quietly marvelled at the ways in which that hormone rich age group respectfully approached themselves and one another when asked to be squished so close together around their desks, upside down, twisted and exposed in unfamiliar experience.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is how calm I can be.” (grade 5-7)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is to be calm, to listen to my body.” (grade 3)

“My favourite shape in yoga is mountain because it helps me be strong and not afraid.”
(grade 2)
“My favourite shape in yoga is tree and mountain, it was peaceful to me.” (grade 3)

In those 20 – 40 minute long classes, I often felt as though I was watching small and large miracles. During the second year of practice the child who had bullied mine in kindergarten wrote of their yoga experience “Yoga makes me feel calm, and to calm down when I am upset before it.” (grade 1) During the second year the same child began to participate in over half the shapes (asanas). In the third year, the child is an exemplary leader, participating in every shape, often at the front of the class.

In their own words, elementary school students say that:

“Yoga makes me feel happy.” (kindergarten)

“Yoga makes me feel good.” (grade 2)

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed” (grade 3)

“Yoga makes me feel more healthy” (grade 2)

“Yoga makes me feel strong and brave” (grade 2)

After three years in an elementary school, in which children grades kindergarten to grade 3 received up to 16 instructional yoga classes each for a school year, I have had the good fortune to expand and teach in other learning environments.

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed free and confident” (grade 3)

Another elementary school, kindergarten to Grade 7 had an introductory 4 week session. The older children, in their first class looked around at one another with uncertainty, giggles, insecurity and embarrassment. I explained that our yoga classes were a time for them each to remember ways in which they were capable and powerful in learning to understand what feels good for their bodies, and to respect one another as each individual learned, breathed, bent and twisted in ways that were safe and comfortable. I also explained that yoga was time for developing an internal gaze, to explore our mental, emotional, physical and intuitive selves. During those four classes, the children’s eyes softened, no longer seeking nonverbal approval from one another, but closing their eyes to tune in more fully to their own experience. The embarrassment level shifted, and each child participated, focused on their own body and breath for a 40 minute class in relative silence.

“Yoga makes me feel good about myself” (grade 5-7)

“My favourite shape in yoga is stretching my legs because it makes me feel capable to do more things in life that make me feel good.” (grade 5-7)

What a remarkable shift I witnessed during an age in which hormones and peer acceptance can wreak such havoc.

“Yoga makes me feel amazing, I felt free.” (grade 5-7)

“The best thing I learned about myself during yoga is I’m actually better at things than I thought.” (grade5-7)

I have recently had the good fortune to be welcomed into two preschools where I spend a weekly session with 3yrs and 4yrs old. They are so focused, one could hear a pin drop. Their eyes are huge and round as they listen to instructions and seek to make new shapes with their bodies while using their imaginations for things such as ‘gathering handfuls of sunshine’ (during pranayama/breath) or ‘uncurling like leaves and flowers opening in spring’ (during asana/body shapes). I am also blessed with a few classes a year where kindergarten children and seniors in an assisted living home, practice chair yoga together. The elders watch the children, so focused and free in their imagining, and I see the elders light up in the shared imagining, oxygen saturation and gentle movement. Circulation benefits physical and mental health in all ways. When we have simple body movement, combined with conscious breathing, we are often offered gifts in elevated mood, and hopefulness for ourselves and this world.

When I spend time watching the children, noticing the way they respond to deepening their breath, and holding a shape in stillness, I continue to feel that I am witnessing small miracles.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I am unique.” (grade 2)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I am brave.” (grade 2)

A parent approached me in my second year and related a story of witnessing her daughter fall and hurt herself. The child sat up, shifted her posture and began to follow the deep belly breath she had recently learned in kindergarten. She was mitigating her experience of pain instinctively, seeking calm. The parent voiced amazement in watching the self analysis and transformation in her 6yr old.

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed and calm.” (kindergarten)

“Yoga makes me feel rainbows happy” (kindergarten).
I have had several parents relate instances where their children are incorporating movement and breath from school, into their daily lives. Some want to teach the rest of their family, everything they have learned that day. Others want to share in deep belly breathing at bedtime. When I drop off my child at school it is often to a chorus of children asking me “When do we have yoga next? Is it today?” Many of them are children such as the one who inspired my volunteering the first year, kids that struggle with focus or kindness, but are learning to the best of their current abilities, to assimilate self awareness, compassion and calm. These same children will mirror learning challenges in the classroom, such as a challenge to focus, through their body shapes in yoga. Through balancing on one leg for example, often children who have difficulty focusing in class, will be the first to fall over. Yet through the course of a year, those children will grow from holding a balancing posture, with focus from a single breath to 4-6 breaths in a row, an incredible shift in their mental and physical regulation.

Recently a friend asked me about teaching children’s’ yoga, and if I planned to continue in the upcoming years. I replied I was still passionate about teaching, and I believed learning to breathe and move for calm, strength, focus and power should be a basic human right. He cheered. I further explained that I often wondered “How powerful would we each feel as adults, if during times of heightened anxiety, stress, pain, frustration or anger, we naturally took a few deep breaths, finding a physical posture that helped us feel calm, or strong, or confident or focused, and then made our next choice, action or reply?” My daughter was riding her bike down a steep trail for the first time, and as she paused at the top of an unknown hill. I asked her if I could assist her.
“No Mama, I’m asking myself if I can do this.’ she replied, taking four deep belly breaths as we do at the beginning of each yoga class. At the end of the fourth breath I saw her smile. “My body says I can do this!” and she pushed off with confidence.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I’m strong.” (grade 3)

“The best thing that I learned about myself in Yoga is that I am Powerful.” (grade 5-7)

“The best thing that I learned about myself in yoga is that yoga can calm me down” (grade 1)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I could be peaceful.” (grade 2)

How could our professional and personal lives shift if we had learned at a young enough age, that it felt wholly natural, to balance our hormonal secretions, invigorate our organs and balance our circulatory, skeletal structure and the master glands of our miraculous bodies to the point that doing so was as familiar as reciting the ABC’s? Many of the children have assimilated their body movements and breathing to such a degree that I hear them whispering the instructions even before I voice them. They particularly focus on new shapes or breathing that teach them about their physical bodies such as compressing and detoxifying their lungs, or learning a sensory controlling posture, which inevitably brings absolute stillness and quiet into the classroom. One grade three student who often struggled with stillness and verbal quiet, asked to practice a particular sensory controlling pose every class, after learning it the first time. The student shifted to eagerly anticipating his yoga classes having experienced a way to self regulate with a powerful new tool.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is I to find peace, and I never noticed so many things about myself before.” (grade 3)

“My favourite shape in yoga is downward dog because it stretches the back of my legs. Thank you so much for teaching this.” (grade 5-7)
“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is how calm I can be.” (grade 5-7).

During a children’s yoga class I use vocabulary that focuses on the physical benefits, such as having their heads below their hearts and saturating their brains with fresh oxygenated blood which helps us feel calm, and better at problem solving. All language used respects the cultural differences, faiths and spiritual beliefs of our multicultural country. Some classes ask that I refrain from using the word ‘yoga’ I then explain we will be ‘stretching’ to help us all feel more ‘balanced’. I am happy to shift dialogue to be inclusive, just as I appreciate other educators doing so for my own child in alternate learning environments. Our classes have a predictable flow, with new shapes inserted that build on the foundations built in the previous classes. Children amaze me with balancing in stillness, in a core muscle building shape that also stimulates emotional confidence and using ones assertive voice. This shape is introduced in every class, the ‘boat’ posture, one I watch shift from two breaths in stillness to 6-8 breathes over the course of the year.

“The best thing I learned about myself in Yoga is that I am powerful and brave.”(grade 3)

There is also a focus on nature, and the ways in which our human self is connected to, and a mirror for the natural environment. At the end of each school year we brings our matts outside, where children are looking at mountains and trees as they make the same yoga shape with their bodies.

“Yoga makes me feel like I am in a field of flowers.” (grade 2)

In this way we foster a connection to our environment and a sense of belonging as well as fostering the confidence to be focused on the self even when the outside world provides distractions as everyday life passes the schools field in cars, on bikes, maintenance crews and dog walkers. Children train their internal gaze to allow that the outward environment can be erratic and unpredictable, yet through their breath and movement, they can complete tasks, invest in their personal health, and support one another’s individual experience by respecting time and space while others also focus and move with mindfulness.

“My favourite shape in yoga is tree because I feel tall and powerful.” (grade 5-7)

“My favourite shape in yoga is mountain because it makes me feel balanced.” (grade 3-4)

I’m not sure how many years I will have the joy of sharing yoga with children in a school setting. Like many things, it depends on the support of the teaching staff, the principal and the availability of funding. Yet for every year and every child I am able to teach, I feel a little more hopeful for our planet and species as a whole.

When I ask the children to imagine during their laying down restful time (savasana) and to think about the ways they have the power to build, connect, share, and create across this wondrous planet, as they lay quietly on their matts, relaxing at the end of the series, I cannot help but envision a future in which they take those words to heart, celebrating one another’s strengths and carrying just a little more acceptance into adulthood for the ways we all move, breathe and bend differently on all levels. During each class we say out load one positive self affirming statement, inspired by SO HUM (I am that, that is I). With their hands over their bellies they all roar statements such as “I AM BRAVE”, for it is brave to bend and shift, to giggle or fart with all your classmates baring witness. The children are given opportunity to say things such as
“I AM WISE
or KIND
or GENTLE
or POWERFUL
or CREATIVE
or STRONG.”
All of the attributes we carry as humans and choose whether or not to foster. Some of the children instruct one another on what the words mean, or share what they felt the word means when applied to themselves. When I asked children what the most powerful words were that had ever been spoken to them, I got answers such as ‘My dad told me I’m a kind boy, and I try hard at everything I do.’ or ‘My grandam told me she loved me.’ I then encouraged students to consider the power their words have on one another, before each student looked around the room and said “Thank you for being powerful friends.” It was an incredibly heart filling experience to see them looking at one another with the new understanding that they had the ability and the power to effect the way someone thought about themselves. Encouraging positive self esteem as the children grow older, will be such a huge part of the ways peers and individuals internalize feelings of being supported or criticized.
“Your weekly affirmations were beneficial to the children and helped them vocalize- and maybe even internalize-these important messages. This was my favourite part!”(kindergarten teacher).

After each class, the children go back to their regular learning schedules. They move back desks, and pick up bits of paper, they learn French and music and math, and all the many other systems our current schools incorporate. Yet, once a week or four times a year, during the first half of their day for 20 mins or half an hour, the rooms are mostly silent, the ocean of the floor punctuated by rainbow hued yoga matts, their islands that are just for them while breathing together, imagining, and taking note of all the ways we are each growing and changing every day. During this time, students are encouraged to be utterly themselves. To voice the colour of bird or magical creature their body shape represents, to feel welcome in expressing if they are fans of rainbow sparkles, kindness or courage. To build their warrior strength as both young women and men, and to see that every one of them is a superhero in their very own way. There are no tests, or expectations on my part as a yoga instructor. I ask them to give themselves the gift of doing the best that they are able on any given day, and if they ‘feel’ that they have invested in themselves, then I celebrate each of them. It is a small thing, this 20-40mins every two weeks, in the course of a life, but I witness small seeds of compassion and strength being planted during that time, that could blossom in unexpected and incredible ways as the children age. Perhaps a stronger connection to respecting their own bodies will influence the ways in which they are respectful of one another as adults in relationships both professionally and personally. Perhaps having felt what a balanced physiological system feels like, there may be slightly less of an inclination towards toxic substances that change the way their bodies and minds feel. I can only hope to bare witness over the years, as I have had the extreme good fortune to do this far, and have some of them become teachers in their own right in whatever field of study they choose to invest in as adults.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that it helps me to learn and try my best.” (grade 1)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that is makes me wake up so that I can learn.” (grade 1)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I could get stronger.” (grade 1)

“The best thing that I learned in yoga is that it made me have a good day.” (grade 2)
For all of those yoga teachers out there who feel drawn to working alongside and empowering children, may you connect in a positive way in local studios, schools or private lessons with the students who can benefit most from the wisdom and wellness you carry.

With sincere thanks to each of the teachers and children who has thus far welcomed me into their classes, you all teach me every day!

Loneliness as the Supreme Teacher

It is not in the company of other people that loneliness is always diffused. Rather it is in the company of our Divine Light, that we allow to expand and fill us with a connection to the Source we originated from, and will one day return to, that we can release feelings of loneliness. With an expanded awareness we can see the ways our choices, our self awareness and self esteem, effects our human experience and filters the amount of Light and Divine Love we allow ourselves to receive. People can be lonely in a crowded room, lonely in a relationship or out of one. We can be lonely with family or with a circle beloved friends. The manifestation of loneliness is sometimes a Spiritual ‘wake-up call’, a call to action, to reaffirm an aspect of ourselves that is ready to be birthed into the physical reality. What are the ways we are each embracing the light we have to share? Do we seek to express through words, movement, travel, self love or life change, a new manner of being? Have we acknowledged that a situation that was once tolerable is no longer sustaining what we truly wish to manifest in our lives? Such as a home or job that we have ultimately outgrown? With the courage of confronting and accepting the loneliness and allowing for the wisdom of the self to rise and be expressed, we can uncover a deeper sense of self that is not conditional on anyone, other than our own unique and shining selves.

When I bare witness to peoples aching loneliness, what I ‘see’ with clairvoyant perceptions, is a deep longing to reconnect with their own personal Higher Self, Soul Purpose, and manner of being, truly aware of their dynamic light. Life can afford us each patterns that distract our focus, on the awareness that we are each greater beings, with gifts, wisdom, incredible energy and Light to share with the world. In the routines of daily living we can become affected by the energy that people in our direct vicinity as well as on a world scale, are emitting through ego based thoughts surrounded self denial of happiness, or disempowerment. Yet, if we seek out sacred space and give ourselves permission to experience the emotions of Loneliness or Grief that is haunting our subconscious mind, we are assisted by the etheric support team of Divine Love that is present for each of us, in uncovering the true message seeking to be recognized from our Soul.

I have allowed Loneliness to be a supreme teacher in this current life. My perception of loneliness has grown through out this incarnation through experiencing an overwhelming wave of intense emotion, often times as a prequel to a major life change. For example, I often felt aching loneliness in school. By allowing for time to meditate on the root cause of where this feeling originated, I empowered myself to travel around the world at 18yrs old, to reconnect with and accept pieces of cosmic memory that these other countries offered. I wanted to experience alternate cultures and landscapes, that I recognized from previous incarnations. In my early twenties, I had periods of time where I was again overwhelmed by loneliness. When out in nature, alone, meditating, and expanding my energy self, this loneliness revealed a deep Longing to reconnect with my Soul Path, and to find the courage to bring forth messages surrounding the etheric realm and my clairvoyant perceptions. When I turned to face the emotions and personal truths, I no longer experienced Loneliness. Instead I felt as if my cells, self and being were re-infused with dynamic and vital life force. Later when I became a mother, I also felt a reemergence of Loneliness. I had a child to love, a soulmate relationship, and a very fulfilling life, how could I possibly be feeling lonely? I would ask myself. Yet when I explored the loneliness, again I found that it was the messenger of a longing to again seek to uncover personal spiritual truths and to share them through my book ‘Soul Evolution”. In birthing the book, I again felt the resurgence of personal empowerment and purpose that had come through previous Loneliness exploration.

A prayer that I have found useful when choosing to acknowledge personal feelings of loneliness is:

“Dear God/dess of Creation, please send me the assistance of the Light beings who bring courage and strength, so that I may be assisted in the unfolding of Truths form my Higher Self and being that wish to come through at this time. Please send me the attributes of Shiva and the Archangel Micheal as well as the Divine Mother, so that I may courageously confront and accept the the life changes I am being called to make on the spiritual, emotional, mental or physical levels of being. Please help me to stay centered in my connection to the beautiful earth as I contemplate and choose what changes I am ultimately ready to make. Please help me to accept healing and assistance on all levels as I move forward along my Soul Path in alignment with my true self. Thank You, Amen, OM and Aho.”

Whatever messages come through, listen and accept them. I am so thankful for every instance in which through this acknowledgement of a desire to grow, I listened and became more compassionate towards myself, and the world at large. Being alone on our pathways of self discovery is in alignment with the archetype of the Hero or Heroine. In our aloneness, our greatest strengths are given opportunity to rise, grow and ultimately guide us through the adversity of Growth. Yet the aspect of the Hero’s journey that is so often missed in many stories, plot lines and depictions, is that in the embrace of personal Purpose and power, the feeling of being ultimately alone, dissipates and is replaced with a powerful understanding of the good that connects all living beings, and the gifts we, as individual hero’s/heroine’s, are able to share universally.

My loneliness ultimately lead me to becoming an author. And when people read my work, and it is helpful to them in some way, I feel the web of light that connects us all, across the planet, infused with a brighter wider level of compassion, and my own node of light within it.

with light, respect and thanks for reading this work,

Will Power and the Internal Flame

Words have power. The power that we give them when we use them with consciousness, the power that they carry when they are spoken or written or thought and sent as prayers. There are moments when we hear, read, or write particular words during out lifetime, and in the moment, we have a visceral reaction, as if there is a piece of our spirit that is returning ‘home’ to a greater understanding of our place in the grand cosmos and our experience of ‘life’.

With focus and intention, we can harness the resonance of a word, of our own divine will, and activate the powerful tool of being present, aware and intentional in the ways in which we direct our life force and are effected on a energy level by the use of words. What are the words of self Love, Divine connection, Soul Purpose commitment and Peace we each have inside of us, waiting to be birthed?

There is a particular power shift when we discover the true measure of our own Free Will. The ability to discern and activate light expansion and direct the course of our lives through the choices we make and the parameters we consciously create. One of the most powerful sayings that I use, and share with others is the simple practice of saying aloud

“There is only space for Light in this space.”

I have used this saying during times where I felt in danger, I have used it to clear the energy in a home, and I have often used it as I approached a scenario or conversation in which there is fear based energy present. Through the power of intention and direct invocation of the Law of Free Will, there is an etheric surge of energy that creates a lattice of energy, like a net, web or wall, that diffuses all lower vibrations and allows for only the highest vibrations of love, compassion, truth and integrity to be present. This invocation of focused intention is so powerful, that it can literally transform the physical reality, surrounding one. The mental level of awareness also shifts with this intention, allowing for a heightened ability to creatively problem solve, see solutions and discern opportunities for safely navigating people, places and experiences. When I use the words, I often visualize the light of Archangel Micheal like a fiery white, and blue flame, surrounding my body and self, burning through fearful thoughts and self doubt. The focus of this visualization the physical words being spoken, all anchor my will and intention in a manner that eliminates self doubt and ego based distractions. We all experience fear on different levels. The brighter the receptive quality a person carries for broadcasting light into this present reality, the more likely they will be to create several fearful circumstances on one of the levels, physical, mental, emotional or spiritual that offers opportunities to connect with and strengthen their will. The challenges that we each face and encounter are forging us into stronger, more competent beings when we approach or navigate them with Faith that we can ultimately emerge with greater tools, knowledge and personal wisdom.

During times in life when I have waged spiritual, emotional or mental battles for my own growth, it is in the power of the simplest words, spoken, thought and affirmed that I have broken through the fear based patterns. The internal battles we wage can be all consuming. As if we have walked or thrown ourselves into the metaphorical pit of fire. Yet, in this fire, in the light that can be channeled as the fiery sword energy of Archangel Micheal who cuts away disempowerment and fear, or the power of the goddess energy Durga, who cuts through illusions and fear, we are able to emerge as the distilled, amplified version of Self we each can choose to be. When we make a conscious choice to honor our own unique gifts, in the aspects of diving into our own psyche and perceptions, and navigating a spiritual connection that can act as a rope of light, an anchor and radiant energy source to our present incarnation, we will be tested in accordance with the power of our will. No sooner have we set an intention to make a change, or allow growth, then previous lessons or larger lessons that reflect this choice will present themselves before us. For example we may choose to eliminate a toxic substance from our diet, only to then create three different social circumstances in which this substance is available and offered. Our will and our faith in our own worthiness to heal, grow and implement self and divine Love is tested. Did we make a commitment to self with the strength of focus that originates from a place of our ultimate core resonance? And if so, do we allow this determination to expand and pulse out into the physical world, a fuel source of Divine Will that changes our physical reality and allows us to walk away from unhealthy patterns? Or did we make a choice with only a half-hearted determination of will? One that still has fear based self doubt attached to it? By discerning our own pathways of consciousness, and true motivation for patterns and choices we activate empowerment.

thumbnail_IMG_2669

One of the prayers that I have used to bring a deeper level of self awareness into directing my free will and determinations is:

“Dear God/dess Force of Creation, please amplify my light, and connection to my Higher Self so that I can easily discern the ways in which I am able to empower myself to be True to my Soul Purpose and Path. I ask that all lower vibrations of self-doubt, insecurities and mistrust, in my own Divine Power, be removed with the assistance of the warrior/ess energy of Archangel Micheal and Durga. I ask that I release fearful imprinting form this and previous lifetimes so that I may implement and live as a conduit of Divine Love, Peace and Joy. Thank you, Amen, OM and Aho.”

What light do we all carry from the beginning of our Soul’s journey through time, that we are seeking to expand at this time in the present? Through the direction of willpower, we are responsible for giving this energy the space, respect and activation. We are all powerful in our expression of the Divine Light that connects all living beings. We choose to dampen or strengthen this light every day.

May the light within you grow, expand and break free of constrictions that have been placed upon it through this or previous lifetimes.

With light and respect for your journey,

Kamia

Choosing to Embrace Our Light

The light and the dark, or in other words, Love and Fear, are familiar terms that people often use to describe the clash or synthesis of two opposing forces. The radiant energy of the manifest reality and the cosmos at large flows around, through and with us in all ways during our physical experience as humans. When we shed our bodies, we return to this cosmic force, the energy that creates, and connects each Soul to the God/dess. During our earth experience, we are sensitive to the energy that moves around through and with us, each and every day. We may choose to ignore or honor this energy during each choice we make. The Law of Free Will allows us all to be choosing every day, through out the course of our present lives, will I create a synthesis of energy and self? Will I allow the common tide of emotion or energy around me to dictate the ways in which I live, love, or express my inner gifts?

Light workers carry a bountiful supply of enthusiasm, Joy, Love and light to share and shine at the world. Yet there will be countless times in which the two opposing energies, of fear and Love will swirl about each individual and ‘test’ their resolve to choose in their own, and the planets highest good. A Light worker is often highly sensitive to the emotions of others, and may spend a majority of their time seeking to please, placate, or make happy those around them, in an effort to have less intensity or anger directed their way. Yet, if that same Light worker devotes time and energy to honoring the strengths they carry for radiating joy, the people they attract into their lives, the opportunities for fulfilling love-based work, and self empowerment, multiply. A common misconception for many Light workers is to believe that through a sacrifice of selfhood, the world around them, becomes happier. This is the opposite energy that they incarnated to share. By being empowered with courage to teach others that they too deserve a joyful and fulfilling life, a Light worker carries the most alchemical magic, by first allowing themselves to be joyful. The most powerful tool I have learned in this life, for diverting fear based energy, is to truly ‘see’ that criticism, anger and fear are often an expression of another persons longing to be self confident, self loving, and self empowered to follow their dreams, and rediscover a vision they once carried for a new way of life. It can be painful and hard to witness and experience the rage, fear or frustrations of others on a mass scale, yet, by finding tools for remaining centered in our own personal power, we are able to see that just as there appears to be an unending cycle of fear, there is an infinite supply of Divine Love.IMG_1775

In nature, the waves of resonance from all living things, caress, infuse and saturate the magnetic, energetic, personal resonance of those who venture into the wild places, the green and colorful, pure water, fresh air spaces, this earth is so resplendent with. Yet the majority of the planet no longer sleeps beneath trees and stars, but in houses, and we often work, live, and run errands in buildings, across concrete, and travel in cars, buses and trains. Inside each place we are able to tune into the collective unconscious, the energy of those that surround us on a near and universal scale. We may find moments in nature, to saturate and recharge, where choices in life become more clear, just as our personal rhythms do, aligning with the earth’s natural energy. As a predominantly clairvoyant and sensitive person, I often ‘see’ energy like waves of color and light moving through or around a person’s experience. People can choose to allow the collective energy to either drain their personal essence of vital life force, or to attune themselves with a energizing, revitalizing empowering essence. The choices that we make during times in which we do not feel saturated and supported by light and love, are the ones that ‘temper,’ refine, and ultimately test the strength of our spirit. The moments when we are most afraid, and the ego-mind is shouting discouragement, and yet, we find that a glimmer of hope, or yearning for a deeper sense of joyful self, still manages to assert itself, and brings forth enough courage that we do choose to align with our Higher Self and Soul Path, are the choices that will often define the course of our lives.

The infinite supply is a network of light that extends through each human, all of nature, the cosmic reality and is inter-dimensional. We simply choose to be connected to our own light and the fear based feelings begin to dissipate through our powerful Will. Sometimes this willpower diffuses the lower vibrations most effectively by ‘remembering’ on a Soul level, that we are each strong, capable, and worthy of Love. A prayer that I have practiced in variations of, for moments in life in which I am asked to choose between continuing forward on a path of joy, or one of self repression is:

“Dear God/ess, please help me to connect with the ways in which I am strong, capable, and worthy of experiencing Divine Love and Joy in this life. Please send the Archangel Micheal to cut the chords of fear I have attached to me at this time, so that it is with a sense of personal and cosmic freedom that I choose the course of my life in this moment. I ask that Archangel Jophiel assist me in seeing the beauty that I carry, and its reflection in the many beautiful people and places on this planet. Please send the fairy kingdom to help me navigate my path on the physical reality, so that I connect with the people, places, the Soul Group with whom I can bring and share the most light, while feeling supported on my Soul Path. Thank you, Amen, OM, and Aho.”

May we each, in our capacity as Light workers, choose this day, and all days in our collective future, to honor the Divine Love we are capable of carrying, broadcasting, and amplifying in all ways.

With light and respect for your journey,

Kamia

The Strongest Version of ‘Me’ Asks for Help

I recently taught a writers workshop in which I asked participants to finish the sentence/thought ‘The Strongest Version of Me….” The answers were diverse, remarkable, and poignant. The example I used for my own strongest version, was to discuss the theory that the strongest version of ‘self’ is not an isolated individual, but rather a self that is willing to seek assistance and identify what aspects of friends, family, community, or spiritual support are needed to affect positive change. Identifying that we are in need of assistance does not make us weak or a burden to others, rather it makes us strong, willing to heal, and balanced in self awareness.

On the physical reality this can translate to asking friends or loved ones, or health/wellness professionals to offer a helping hand in thought, action, or emotional encouragement. On the spiritual plane the gift of my clairvoyance allows me to foster awareness of the threads, ribbons and ropes of light that emanate outwards from each individual and connect us to the wider world. Asking for help on the spiritual plane, sends streams of light between individuals and the divine Source.

In the etheric reality I am constantly  ‘asking for assistance’. I attribute this mainly to my own clairvoyant awareness of the etheric reality, and the constant presence of angels, ascended masters, ancestors, fairies, and the Divine I ‘feel’ connected to. I also attribute it to practice and having had someone in my life who lead by example. My mom used to ask her angels to provide the perfect parking place when we went grocery shopping, I used to giggle, then squeal in delight, as invariably, she always found a place directly in front of the door. It was a small matter, to find parking, in the larger scheme of life and the challenges we each face. Yet, if we each can find the good humor to ask for assistance during the simple things, we are better prepared to call for etheric support and assistance during the times in our life where challenges feel insurmountable, grief all encompassing, and isolation from the Divine Love of the universe.IMG_1322

Great or small, the challenges we each overcome daily and throughout our life path, it is through allowing ourselves to seek ‘help’ from physical, emotional, mental and spiritual sources, that we are better able to survive and overcome the challenges.

Many people on the planet are being currently ‘asked’ by their higher selves to commit to a life path with a resonance of “I am worthy.” This can manifest as a willingness to feel worthy for giving and receiving Love, Joy, Abundance, Compassion, and Divine Light. When we choose to embrace a personal life path that celebrates these attributes, massive life changes often occur. For example, people who heal the aspects on the emotional or spiritual level connected to feelings of worthiness for Love, will attract Soul Mate relationships and experience fertility in their lives through career opportunities, pregnancy, or birthing of dreams. People who heal aspects of themselves surrounding worthiness for experiencing Compassion, transform their world view for how they contribute and are vital, needed, and appreciated in the greater world and cosmic reality at large. Though we each will have different levels of fear or karma surrounding our beliefs of self worthiness, we can seek help, assistance and support from but the physical reality and the spiritual as we courageously grow in each direction.12923155_1025759994125922_1666709770043264950_n

On the spiritual level I have experienced incredible levels of healing and awakening through prayer, affirmation and mantra. Two of my favorite prayers/affirmations include:

For Compassion

“Dear God/dess of Creation, please send the healing light of Jesus and Quan Yin to help me feel more Compassion towards myself and every living being. Please help me to receive Compassion, so that I am better able to share it with others. I ask that I receive clear messages, images and feelings, that allow me to identify andy ego based patterns that I can release to allow for a greater connection to the Divine within me, and the world and cosmos at large.Thank You, Amen and OM”

For Love

“Dear God/dess, Divine Light Source, please help me to feel connected to the resonance of Divine Love. Please send the Archangels most suited to working alongside my life path, to help me in removing fear or karma blocking this reception and awareness of Love. I ask that the fairy kingdom send me helpers to attract people, animals and plants into my life that will share and receive only the purest Love with me. Thank you for assistance on every level, Amen, OM and Aho.”

On the pathways of personal empowerment, transformation, and self actualization, we can all inspire support and contribute to one another’s journey. To do this, sometimes it requires the ‘strength of self’ to ask for help. In whatever capacity we are all growing, through connections to one another we become a wave of healing and light that moves across the planet.

May we each feel strong, supported, connected and loved at this time.

With light and respect for your journey,

Kamia

“Great Mother” the Divine Feminine We Each Carry

The ‘great mother’, the divine feminine source of the universe, in my understanding, is the aspect of creation that births and nurtures. It is the impetus that each individual carries to dream of a future, and to take the tiny and large steps along the pathway of their life to protect, nourish, encourage and love the dream into reality. Whether a male or a female in body, each human has a connection to the ‘great mother’ the divine feminine and the planet itself, capable of having a  dream that is given the nourishment of faith, determination, and strength to grow.

20 Rainbow Grandmother

“There will be times when I do not give you what you need,” said my Mother when I was about 14yrs old. She handed me a book and a highlighter. “The biggest gift you will give yourself, is to discover that your you are capable of developing your internal mother, and connecting to the Earth for self sustenance.” The book was entitled “Mothering Ourselves”. I read the book over a series of years. More important than the words, or the passages I highlighted, was the concept my mother had shared with me as a gift. That within ourselves is a source of nurturing, unconditional love, and divine acceptance, that we are able to access throughout our lives, especially when appreciating all that the natural landscape of the planet does to sustain and feed us on every level.

There have been times in life where I lay down on the earth and wept, or ran through a forest and shrieked with glee. I extend my aura to connect with the trees, the grass, the earth below me, and the rivers moving through sunlight. The connection to the earth is a reminder that I am a small physical being, like a child, who is being carried patiently by her mother. To connect with the ‘great mother’ and the divine feminine source within, I offer this visualization that has assisted me in the past:

Go outside, to a place you feel safe in nature.Sit on the ground, with your tailbone touching either grass, soil, sand or rock. If you feel drawn to a particular tree, lean agains it. Place the palms of your hands face down, either on your knees, or on the ground itself and take at least eight deep breaths. With each inhalation visualize that an aura of soft light is expanding around your body like an egg shape. This light may be soft gold, pink or green. It might be another color that you are drawn to at this time such as a strong blue color or a lavender purple. Allow that the edges of the egg shape are beneath the surface of the ground, and the upper edges are reaching towards the sky . There may be plants inside of this light orb. When you are able to hold the image clearly in your mind, say out load or silently something like:

“I ask that the great mother, God/dess, and the earth beneath me, please nurture and nourish the growth and expansion I am currently experiencing in my life. Please send assistance from my angles, guides and the ascended masters working with me at this time, for a heightened awareness for the ways in which I am connected, sustained and nourished with life force by this magnificent earth. Please help me to release and transform any grief I am currently carrying, and to find courage to love all aspects of my self with forgiveness and kindness. Thank you, AUM, amen and Aho.”

If there are images, sensations, or feelings that arise with this visualization, be gentle with your heart, body, mind and spirit as you assimilate them. Notice the ways in which the egg of light feels when connected to the ground you are sitting upon, or which plants you have chosen to include within it. Do the plants have medicinal properties? Perhaps if you have sat near a wild rose bush, your angels are encouraging you to visit a health food store and explore a rose hip tea blend. Have you chosen to be near rushing water? Does your body seek deeper hydration? The places we are drawn to often are filled with subtle helpful messages from our angelic support team and higher self.

What are the qualities of motherhood that you are able to gift to yourself? Is it a supportive word, a reassurance of love, or a fierce protectiveness? These are all qualities that are carried within each of us. We are able to ‘mother ourselves’ when we honestly acknowledge what we are seeking in the external world, and allow it to birth within our internal landscape. As we do so, we become carriers of this potent life force and connection to the divine, and we are able to better share and inspire other people and the world at large. If you find time and space today, to connect with the earth, to honor and appreciate the ways in which your footsteps are cradled by the land, you will be able to reach forward as a man or a woman, to cradle the dreams of another.

Be gentle and fierce in your connection to the divine feminine aspects of the universe. You are beloved.

with light,

Kamia

We Are Enough

photo-50

I was out in the woods today. Letting the stillness of the forest encourage a stillness in my own mind and heart. Asking the plant devas, the fairies, to help me to let go of fear and to clear my energy. I talk to the trees, I talk to the rocks, I talk to God/dess. The trees are like giant combs for the aura. The reach out their branches, and the energy that surrounds us brushes through the needles, the leaves, and if we are willing, we receive incredible gifts. Many times through out life we are focused on goals, achievements, schedules and ‘what if?’ It is easy to become distracted from the core self. Out in the trees, looking down at a soft turquoise river in the distance, I am better able to really ‘listen’. To hear not only the angels and guides that walk with me, but also to fragile dreams that are waiting to be birthed within my heart and soul. I ask the angels and myself, “what is it I truly want?” and the response is simple. Love.

IMG_2074

I believe we, in our human experience all seek this communion of light, this expansive, limitless being, a feeling, a transcendent awareness that allows us to remember we are a reflection of the Divine, connected to, and of all that is. How do we find this feeling? We must all explore the path that resonates with us as individuals. Yet we can all encourage one another, cheer as we take those first uncomfortable steps forward. Personally, I have found that my greatest awareness of experiencing Love is to share Love with others.

I tell people I love them all the time. I mean it every time I say it. In the moment it is expressed, I am shining my heart chakra and soul towards them, and I am looking through skin and present life experience, calling towards their Soul, because every soul is absolutely brilliant. Sometimes I say “I love you” silently. I say it with my heart and mind, and send it out like a prayer. We, on our individual journeys are often convinced we are unworthy of reception of Love. As if the infinite emotion does have a scale of measurement, worthy, unworthy, too much, not enough. In my search for stillness in the forest today, in communion with the Divine, what I heard was “We are all Enough”. This is the message that comes through every Angel Reading I have ever given, and I trust it will continue in every reading I ever give. We, each of us, individually, universally, and cosmically, we are all ‘enough’. We are worthy of feeling, experiencing and sharing Love. We are worthy and equipped with every tool, every strength to make up our minds to grow, change, express, explore, transform, build and create our own personal soul deep expression of Love.

I would like to share the prayer I used this morning in the sunlight and trees:

“Dear God/dess, and all that is light, please help me to know that I am enough. Please help me to accept help, to offer help, to receive blessings, and share blessings. Help me to have faith in myself, and faith in others. Please send your Angels, your Ascended Masters, your Earth Spirits and helpers to pave a path for this life that encourages the manifestation of Peace, Love and Kindness. Please send me clear messages that I can easily understand and help me to overcome any fear based thoughts that stand in my way. Thank you, Amen, Om and Aho.”

Whatever manifestation of our own Love we may be afraid to create, express or share, all of our Angels and helpers are cheering “You Can Do It!” That’s right, they are cheering. They are yelling and shaking their hands and their hips in a jumping, dancing, enthusiastic chorus of belief in each of us. They know, they are waiting for us each to ‘know’, We are Enough.

with light, and respect,

Kamia
