Trees and Ancient Wisdom

What does the gift of a tree offer us on the etheric level?  We are all empowered to explore that devotion of meditative, transcendental energy.  Trees hold the history and ability to transcend different levels of being.  Their roots teach us of that which exists and anchors us bellow the surface of our own conscious minds.  Their core, the heart and trunk that grows and lives with sap beneath the surface, is so very like our own skin, holding our physical being enclosed and protected as the systems of life occur within our cells.  The branches reach to the light, even as the crown chakra , is every receiving the energy of the manifest universe, the potential to extend up beyond that which we see with physical being, and recharge from Divine Source.  When I began meditating with trees, I was a child.  I would hug close to my heart the ancient being and ‘ask’ to be shown the wisdom of their sentience.  Through the communion of trees, my clairvoyance would expand.  I would see how my rhythms of heart and my energy body would align with the patience of the tree, how the act of being close, and connecting my central nervous system in some manner with the stillness of the rooted being, brought about a deeper sense of calm, of timelessness.  I learned to see that which frustrated or annoyed or was fearful, as so small, in the vastness of season change, the warmth of sun and the exhilaration of wind. When I am in communion in this way, I feel bands of gold light connecting my chakras through my spine, to the centre of the tree.  I become aware of the way my energy body is opening ‘wings’ and gathering wind, sun, light, earth, and water.  With respect, I return to ones that resonate with Peace during times of duress.  Within every living being, is a lesson a teaching and a gift.  What will we develop in ourselves and this world at large through a devotion of time and energy to connecting and learning from other sentient beings? Meditation can be a sinking in, yet over time, it also is an expanding outwards, beyond the confines of physical self, to a deep appreciating for the hearts that beat within us, and the Soul that is so very vast and connected to Light in every direction through multiple dimensions.

On  a recent trip to India, I had the privilege and honour of being present for the planting of shoots, seedlings, from the bodhi tree that Buddha sat beneath during his realization of enlightenment.  The tree, like all living beings who’s life spans recreate themselves through time, carried the energy resonance of that moment, as well as an imprint of the potential shelter or safe haven for spiritual seekers should they choose to seek in a similar way. When I placed my hands at the base of the seedling honoured as the spirit of Truth, the image of three seedlings having the potential to weave together into a gentle dome, that invited in the awakening through heart chakra and crown charka energy, of those who sat within the dome was such that I am encouraged to share my gathered ‘Tree’ perceptions in the following manner:

For those that feel drawn to exploring the healing power of trees spiritually, to learn to explore individual gifts for being rooted into this present life, yet looking through a window of Soul into past lifetimes, and the approaching cycles of light that we may concrete in our future, I offer this simple practice:

Begin the day with gentle movement before stillness, this could be a walk int he sunrise, or gentle yoga, or even sitting and practicing neck rolls, anything that is a natural extension of the ways in which we are each drawn to connect with our physical anchor of self. We acknowledge and honour the body to create a safe harbour for our Spirit.

Breathing fully, visualize oneself as a tree.  The tree may always be the same, or it may change daily.  What flow of energy, feeling, sensation or being do we light heartedly invite?  Do we notice we are weighed down by a ‘load’ of some kind?  Are we reaching outwards with giant branches? Or are we a sapling just beginning?  In the process of developing and refining self awareness, what we each gather from practicing a simple visualization can be very rich.  Having noticed if our tree had creature living around or connected to it, what do we do with our observations?  Do we journal them down, so that further reflection can unfold? Or discuss with a loved one who is open to practising the same gentle exercise?

Sometime through out the day, visit a tree. A prayer that I use is:

“Thank you Divine Source for the bounty of Nature that offers us all so many gifts.  Please allow me to connect in a healing and compassionate way with the wisdom of this forest, and this particular tree, to see, feel and hear that which can be of the greatest service to myself and the world at large, at this time.  Thank you Amen, Oma and Aho.”

It can be that we practice in a forest, or in a meditative state.  What tree holds particular significance for our energy field expansion? To connect with a tree that holds personal Power anywhere on the globe can be done in deep levels of meditation, or it can be physically connecting through a hug, a hand placed against, or leaning with ones spine alongside a local tree.  As sensitivity develops, as we each release the ego or fear based thought patterns that may block our receptive qualities, we may find that the Self connects in new or very ancient ways with the energy source of a tree. If the meditation expansion to an alternate place was chosen, make space to visit a local tree for at least 4mins of communion to anchor the experience. Thank the tree for any wisdom gathered, shared or remembered.

*This is a simple and beautiful practise that can be shared with our children and loved ones. Sometimes we may feel the natural creative manifestation to draw paint or otherwise depict ‘our’ Tree of self.  When we work with e spiritual unfolding, it is a gift we can give ourselves and the world at large to bring forth in a creative fashion, that which we have learned spiritually.

May we be like and connected with the Trees.  May we grow and receive, and grow some more, and leave the seeds of our deepest levels of Compassion, for future generations to grow alongside.

With light and respect for ancient, new or evolving cultures reverence for sacred Trees,

Pathways of Compassionate Light

“Coming to the earth plane is a soul level choice that we have all made during our cosmic evolution as incarnated beings at this time. The common threads of light that connect us are brilliant hues of varying vibrations, which have at their center the highest vibration: that of Divine Love. Although many will connect to Divine Love through the modality of different religions with varying names and manners of prayers, I truly believe that when we are connected to God/dess, what we are connecting to is the same radiance, the same light that permeates the universe and shines within us all; what people then choose to do with their inner light, is, of course, governed by the Law of Free Will. We all are given choices daily and throughout our lives to direct our light with free will. This theme repeats in many religions: when in communion with the highest manifestation of Love, we contribute most to the overall positive evolution of our individual lives, our communities, our species and the planet as a whole.
This book is a manifestation of my communion with my Higher Self, the cosmic universe as I perceive it at this time and a desire to communicate an affirmation of our capacity as humans to share in a daily realization of our souls’ ability to radiate and attract Love to the benefit of both soul path growth and universal blessings. In simple speak, this book is an exploration of each individual’s worthiness and capacity to be loved and express love to others. For ‘love’ is a word used daily in the ‘readings’ that I have facilitated for others and the messages I receive from the Angels most often is of teaching and encouraging others to love themselves and therefore share Love with the universe. It is the most prevalent and the ‘loudest’ message of them all.
Compassion and love for the self affords opportunities to heal our etheric, emotional, mental and physical bodies. Often people carry around an energy mantra of I am undeserving. This creates an energy field based on lack and so the energy of the universe that vibrates alongside the person is unbalanced and dim. To connect with pathways of compassionate light is to clear the energy field of the self with positive messages, such as: I can, I will, I deserve. This sends out a ‘chord’ of light to the universe that seeks to connect with the energy matrix uniting all living things: the mountains, the ocean, people, animals and the cosmos at large. Through being kind first to ourselves, feeding our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical bodies with positive energy and messages, we are able to become an intersection of light that is both supported and aids in sustaining the overall vibration of the universe. The Angels, Ascended Masters and our myriad array of Helpers from the Divine want us to love our Selves so deeply and truly that each cell in our magnificent body begins to vibrate with Love. This is the brightest, loudest, most powerful vibration. We cannot send out these powerful vibrations when we are feeding our own psyche with negative based thoughts. When we invest in ourselves with self-kindness, encouragement, compassion and grace, this personal loving care becomes an investment in the universe at large.”

“May all who read this be reminded daily that your Angels, Guides, Helpers, Higher Self and connection to God/dess is true and pure and that you are a manifestation of Divine Love in every cell of your body.
In offering of this recognition of the light within us all, I would like to share this affirmation that I have found useful for connecting to my Higher Self and the Light within the Universe:

“Dear Universal Consciousness, Archangels, Guardian Angels, Gods and Goddesses, Ascended Masters and Spirits of the Earth, please help me to recognize the light within others, let me perceive their highest vibrational potential so that I may be reminded of my own highest truth.”

Another variation of this affirmation is:

“May I speak, perceive and be a conduit of universal Love in all my actions, and may I forgive myself for the actions as a human that have filled me with guilt or fear, so that in releasing these fears, I make greater space for Love in all that I do. Help me [God/dess, Angels or the Ascended Master you feel most connected to at this time], on all levels to remain grounded into this present reality and incarnation so that I am able to manifest this Love on the physical plane. Amen. Om and Thanks.”

Self Care in Times of Upheaval

There are times in life in which we each experience intense upheaval. A shifting of perception, experience or insight that occurs on one or many levels. During upheaval our experience may be fraught with pain, despair, joy, intuitive leaps, harmony, synchronicity or any and all other feeling. It can be through bearing witness to another’s journey or it can be a challenge that occurs on the physical level that connects to deep work in our emotional bodies. It can be a mental reconfiguration of beliefs, ideologies or faith that is like a lightening strike, and leaves us reconsidering our place and purpose in this world. On the spiritual level we are each capable of intuitive leaps of faith that transform our experience, our Soul Path, in one lifetime, accelerated far beyond the many centuries or thousands of previous lifetimes. Spiritual perception or enlightenment can manifest in different ways for every individual. We are each entitled to our personal unfolding. Yet, during upheaval, a re-configuring of that which has formerly made us feel secure, assured or safe in our prior experiences, we are each offered support and assistance from the Divine in a number of ways. The planet is home to millions of people, those who resonate and teach in so many diverse and powerful ways. We are offered the teachings and support, the service of this diverse world when we are willing to be open in our learning, our gathering of tools, and our expansion of self. I am deeply grateful for my additional sensory perception of the manifest world, and celebrate the wisdom gathered through interactions with Divine Source as Angels, Ascended Masters, the Fairy Kingdom, Spirit Guides and the Earth every day.

For those who find themselves in a cycle of upheaval, of re-examining that which they thought to be ‘true’ as new truth personally emerges, I offer some of the practices that have been of use in my life, with the preface, that I too, continue to learn and evolve and send out gratitude to all those who with a compassionate heart, are also evolving.

1.) Breathe into the Present. We are each multidimensional beings. We receive energy simultaneously from the present, the past and the manifesting futures. We are each, when we find ourselves in the centre of a massive transformation offered the simple gift of Breath work. Yoga, Thai Chi, and many other eastern philosophies that create union between body, mind, spirit and heart all emphasize the importance of Breath. The tool of awareness that draws life-force, prana, chi, shakti, into our cells and allows us to centre and ground into the present, to draw our awareness away from fear based thinking into the Here and Now. Whatever choices, movement or change we are experiencing, we can each spare the time and claim the sacred space to Breath 4 deep breaths, or 8, or 12 or 20. When the physiology of the body is offered this tool, we each can connect with a sense of Calm. In this calm, what are some of the things/feelings/learning that the self has Gratitude for in this moment? Gratitude can be for small and large aspects. Gratitude for the sun shining on ones face, or the chance to connect in a new way with loving the self?

2.) Draw a circle and bisect it with a cross shape, turning it into a wheel of self. In the four quadrants write:

Physical
Emotional
Mental
Spiritual

Looking at this drawing consider, how many hours of the day or how many days of the week, or how many years in my current life cycle do I spend living in/devoted to each of these quadrants? Do two of the four predominantly use up the time of focus and being? If so, what does this current upheaval/challenge/life cycle offer to teach me about exploring the other aspects of self for personal Balance or Transformation?
Each level of self is intricately connected to the other levels. If we, for example, are having a deeply physical experience, what does the emotional self seek to learn/express/clear? Some people may live the majority of there lives in only one aspect of the self, and yet through the connection to a loved one, or the world events at large, may find a time in life in which their beliefs, and personal perceptions are called into question/exploration affording a deeper human experience.

For further exploration of this practise visit: Balancing the Wheel of Self

3.) Ask for the help that we each identify we need. From the above practice we may each see the ways in which we could benefit from guidance, further tools, and support. On the emotional level do we seek the support of friends and family through loving words? On the mental level do we seek the support and tool kits a therapist, psychologist or counsellor could offer? On the Spiritual level are we returning to, or discovering space in our lifetimes for a new form of Faith that supports us in this new self that is emerging? The light that is offered through many diverse spiritual practices can offer a deep Peace to those that are seeking light in a new and expanded way. Perhaps through books, psychic readings, or other energy healing modalities. On the Physical level have we met the basic needs of our body? Have we received guidance, diagnosis, second opinions or medication that help us to work through pain? Have we fed out bodies nourishing food, and received the sleep we need to make clear choices about asking for the help during our upheaval? Have we experienced the healing touch of massage, reflexology or a simple but powerful hug?

For further tools for discernment visit: Boundaries and Personal Power

During the approaching year, or in any cycle of rebirth or upheaval, a prayer I will often use is as follows:

“Dear Divine Source, God/dess. of creation, please send the aspects of light that are most in alignment with my cycle of growth at this time. Help me to receive compassion from the universe, and from those who are in my direct life path at this time. Help me to be patient as this new level of being unfolds, and to set healthy boundaries for myself regarding self healing and existence, in this evolving world. Please let the light of Shiva and Archangel Micheal clear away my fears of unworthiness surrounding health, on any level, and send the light of the Divine Mother to infuse every cell of my energy body and physical body with regenerative growth and powerful Love. Thank you for reminding me through messages, signs and angelic support, that I am capable of becoming the new me, and releasing with peace, all that which no longer serves my purpose. Thank you, Amen, Om and Aho.”

Whether we are seeking connection to ourselves in a new or ancient way, may we do so with the knowledge that our Soul is radiant light, and we are each shining the way for others, whether consciously or unconsciously in this myriad connection of humans and light matrix.
Thank you for shining!

with light, compassion, and empathy for all of our struggles and miracles in growth,
Be Love

Peaceful Warriors, Past and Present Lifetimes

Peaceful Warriors come in all shapes and sizes. There are those who are advocates of emotional peace, who share their gifts of a nurturing and sustainable heart based life. There are those whose minds strive to see the pathways forward, what an earth, a connected humanity and planet that existed with a greater overall exchange of resources, information and conservation techniques could truly achieve. There are those that physically act and intervene for the peacefulness of humanity as a whole, through emergency response, rescue and upholding the law. There are also those who are spiritually based Peaceful Warriors, those who through mediation, leadership, healing, dream walking, astral projection or prayer connect and seek to effect positive light exchange on an energetic level.

On the energy level, many people are incarnated at this present time with incredible gifts for sharing, receiving and strengthening the fabric of light that weaves through the manifest universe. We each connect in our own particular way, and perceive this light based connection individually. When I ‘tune in’ with my clairvoyance through the filter of my present consciousness, I perceive the web like light wrapping through and around the planet with each individual like an intersection, a node that pulses in time their heartbeat their own unique resonance.

Some people are able through their particular light to elevate the peacefulness of being, these people we readily identify as they help us to feel safe by simply being present in our lives. Some are able to infuse the light network with Love, creativity, patience, compassion, strength, resilience, enthusiasm, passion, and inspiration. Each person has a gift to share. What happens during times in which the planet itself and mass consciousness undergoes massive shifts is that this network of light (in my humble perception) begins to seek balance within itself and through the nodes of light that are incarnated beings. So, if we are an incredibly sensitive person to overall planetary energy, and those who are near to us physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually or those who are on a similar soul assignment elsewhere on the globe, are experiencing challenges and rebirth, we may feel a draw, a pulling like sensation on our own light. Our role as peaceful warriors for this planet does not ask us, however, to ever infuse the light experience of other beings with our own resonance/essence. At times in which people are seeking to regain their own sense of solidity and balance, we are asked to infuse our own self with the Divine Source. To call on the helpers from the Archangels, Ascended Masters, Fairy Kingdom, Spirit Guides and Ancestors that are the beams of light infusing our individual and universal experience with high vibrational energy each and every day that we are open to receiving.

When we seek to support the over all network, or individuals that we have encountered in this or previous lifetimes, it is very important to remember that the Divine Source is what fuels the energy grid and as sparks/ light beings and pillars of this essence, having a human experience, we can help to ground the overall grid only when we have first ‘filled up’ and balanced our own levels of being. We are currently physical beings and we are asked to honour spirit in ways that are sustainable in our current life paths. Do we physically need time, practice and space to harness our spiritual experience into a healing, comprehensives evolution of self? Mentally, where do we receive the guidance, support or encouragement we need? From people, nature, books, or online resources? Emotionally, what have we done on a personal level to infuse our heart with compassion and grace? The world around us will always be in a state of shifting. Our role as peaceful warriors can be a devotion of divine source fuelled life that celebrates the rebirthing that constantly occur around us, and within us when necessarily, but through a healthy boundary of light and compassion.
When we tune into our energy bodies, envisioning ourselves in an egg shaped sphere of soft gold or white light, what is the first thing we notice? We are all capable of self analysis and intuitive understanding. We are also through these moments of self awareness, capable of clearly receiving encouragement to visit the specialists on the level of our being that seeks alternative or further support. Councillors, teachers, medical professionals, nutritionists, body work specialists or energy workers all act as channels of light for their own unique modalities. We work alongside others, and our energy nodes of personal being are empowered to recharge in the ways in which we need for a sense of balance and peacefulness.

A prayer that I have used for my own balance is:

“Dear Divine Source, please help me. Help me in all the ways I need at this time, even those I am not fully conscious of. Please send my clear indication through intuition and other angelically guided information, that guides me to choose the pathways forward that brings the most light possible through my own being, into my own life path, my family, my community, and the world as a whole. Please help me to feel safe as I navigate life changes big or small, so that the resonance I am emitting at this time, remains/continues peaceful and compassionate towards all living beings. Thank you, Amen, OM and Aho.”

A prayer that I often use when witnessing the grid of light being ‘pulled’ in many directions at once seeking to refuel itself is:

“Dear God/dess of Creation, please send the light that is necessary at this time to the places on the planet experiencing vast changes on any level. Please infuse the soul essence of the individuals whose live in these places with the light and resources they require to fulfill their soul agreement for learning in this present incarnations. If they pass beyond their current bodies, please guide them into the light grid for their highest good. I ask that the angels working alongside each individual be clear and present for those who are willing to receive assistance at this time, to see the pathways towards compassion and grace that can be of most service to the overall evolution of this planet as a whole. Thank you, Amen Om and Amen”

After such prayers we are each often more receptive to the intuitive understanding of what our role is in holding our own intersection of light stable in a shifting conscious reality. May we each feel balanced in these roles of self.

May we each feel empowered to foster Divine Light as Peaceful Warriors, Dreamers, Seers, Healers, Light workers, Teachers and every other path that someone has consciously chosen for the good of themselves and the whole in their own unique ways.

All those with heightened sensitivities at this time are Warriors in their own ways. And God/dess thank us each for the ways we seek to ‘hold’ our spiritual ground for the whole.

With light and respect,
Kamia

Planting Seeds for Compassion, Teaching Children Yoga

When my daughter began kindergarten in 2012, like many parents, I hoped her school experience would encourage her curiosity to learn, provide opportunities for kindhearted friends, and gift me with five blessed hours of alone time. In the first few months of school she would confide in me over lunch, the joys, the sorrows and the frustrations of navigating her new social and education reality. I delighted in hearing that her new best friend was kind and helpful, and that her teacher devoted time and energy to each child’s particular learning needs. One day she asked me what a particular swear word meant. When I asked where she had encountered it, she explained a classmate had taken to calling her that and stepping on her hands or kicking her when saying it.

I went to the teacher immediately to ask what could be done to stop the violent words and behaviour. The teacher explained that the particular child was receiving a lot of support from the school and came from adverse circumstances. After hearing the child’s story, I altered my approach from asking for intervention, to offering my presence in the classroom as another avenue for providing an expanded positive vocabulary, and developing tools for self awareness, through gentle yoga classes.
My theory, was that a greater focus on positive self talk might encourage a wider and kinder vocabulary in students, as well as fostering a more gentle interaction in group dynamic, while balancing all of the major glands in the body though the postures, and might effect a more gentle physical shared experience.

“Yoga makes me feel calm” (kindergarten, grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) *from a pool of just under 400 students

“Yoga makes me feel like I love everyone” (grade 1 student)

I taught that particular kindergarten class a series of four classes, stipulating that so long as children respected the personal space of one another, and stayed on their own matts, they could follow along in a way that felt right for their own bodies and self. Children delighted in being shown through their ‘island’ that their personal space was entirely their own for exploring their bodies and feelings. I was quietly amazed as the majority of the class followed every body shape and breathing technique. Children would learn from one class to the next how to navigate and distinguish between opposite sides of their bodies, balance in stillness on one foot, building strength and confidence in powerful shapes, and relax with their fertile imaginations unleashed at the end of the class. Their brains were flushed with freshly oxygenated blood through their first few movements, and the room would still to near silence. The child who had been bullying mine, carefully stayed on their own ‘island’ (matt) hugging their knees and rocking back and forth for the first year.

Soon after I was welcomed into that classroom, other teachers in the school asked if I would teach in their classrooms. I felt delighted to be sharing simple tools with children for self regulation, awareness and wellness. We practised breathing techniques that balance the pituitary and pineal glands, and shapes that revitalize our immune systems. Children learned how twisting can balance their insulin levels, or regulate the adrenal glands, helping us each to feel a deeper sense of safety and ease. That first year I taught in five different classrooms, with a span of kindergarten to grade 7, mostly in a volunteer capacity, happily sharing a positive dialogue and watching the children’s receptivity to perceiving themselves, one another and their learning environment in a new way. When working alongside that first group of Grade 7’s, the majority wrote of their experience, that yoga had significantly decreased their sense of anxiety and stress while in school. I quietly marvelled at the ways in which that hormone rich age group respectfully approached themselves and one another when asked to be squished so close together around their desks, upside down, twisted and exposed in unfamiliar experience.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is how calm I can be.” (grade 5-7)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is to be calm, to listen to my body.” (grade 3)

“My favourite shape in yoga is mountain because it helps me be strong and not afraid.”
(grade 2)
“My favourite shape in yoga is tree and mountain, it was peaceful to me.” (grade 3)

In those 20 – 40 minute long classes, I often felt as though I was watching small and large miracles. During the second year of practice the child who had bullied mine in kindergarten wrote of their yoga experience “Yoga makes me feel calm, and to calm down when I am upset before it.” (grade 1) During the second year the same child began to participate in over half the shapes (asanas). In the third year, the child is an exemplary leader, participating in every shape, often at the front of the class.

In their own words, elementary school students say that:

“Yoga makes me feel happy.” (kindergarten)

“Yoga makes me feel good.” (grade 2)

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed” (grade 3)

“Yoga makes me feel more healthy” (grade 2)

“Yoga makes me feel strong and brave” (grade 2)

After three years in an elementary school, in which children grades kindergarten to grade 3 received up to 16 instructional yoga classes each for a school year, I have had the good fortune to expand and teach in other learning environments.

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed free and confident” (grade 3)

Another elementary school, kindergarten to Grade 7 had an introductory 4 week session. The older children, in their first class looked around at one another with uncertainty, giggles, insecurity and embarrassment. I explained that our yoga classes were a time for them each to remember ways in which they were capable and powerful in learning to understand what feels good for their bodies, and to respect one another as each individual learned, breathed, bent and twisted in ways that were safe and comfortable. I also explained that yoga was time for developing an internal gaze, to explore our mental, emotional, physical and intuitive selves. During those four classes, the children’s eyes softened, no longer seeking nonverbal approval from one another, but closing their eyes to tune in more fully to their own experience. The embarrassment level shifted, and each child participated, focused on their own body and breath for a 40 minute class in relative silence.

“Yoga makes me feel good about myself” (grade 5-7)

“My favourite shape in yoga is stretching my legs because it makes me feel capable to do more things in life that make me feel good.” (grade 5-7)

What a remarkable shift I witnessed during an age in which hormones and peer acceptance can wreak such havoc.

“Yoga makes me feel amazing, I felt free.” (grade 5-7)

“The best thing I learned about myself during yoga is I’m actually better at things than I thought.” (grade5-7)

I have recently had the good fortune to be welcomed into two preschools where I spend a weekly session with 3yrs and 4yrs old. They are so focused, one could hear a pin drop. Their eyes are huge and round as they listen to instructions and seek to make new shapes with their bodies while using their imaginations for things such as ‘gathering handfuls of sunshine’ (during pranayama/breath) or ‘uncurling like leaves and flowers opening in spring’ (during asana/body shapes). I am also blessed with a few classes a year where kindergarten children and seniors in an assisted living home, practice chair yoga together. The elders watch the children, so focused and free in their imagining, and I see the elders light up in the shared imagining, oxygen saturation and gentle movement. Circulation benefits physical and mental health in all ways. When we have simple body movement, combined with conscious breathing, we are often offered gifts in elevated mood, and hopefulness for ourselves and this world.

When I spend time watching the children, noticing the way they respond to deepening their breath, and holding a shape in stillness, I continue to feel that I am witnessing small miracles.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I am unique.” (grade 2)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I am brave.” (grade 2)

A parent approached me in my second year and related a story of witnessing her daughter fall and hurt herself. The child sat up, shifted her posture and began to follow the deep belly breath she had recently learned in kindergarten. She was mitigating her experience of pain instinctively, seeking calm. The parent voiced amazement in watching the self analysis and transformation in her 6yr old.

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed and calm.” (kindergarten)

“Yoga makes me feel rainbows happy” (kindergarten).
I have had several parents relate instances where their children are incorporating movement and breath from school, into their daily lives. Some want to teach the rest of their family, everything they have learned that day. Others want to share in deep belly breathing at bedtime. When I drop off my child at school it is often to a chorus of children asking me “When do we have yoga next? Is it today?” Many of them are children such as the one who inspired my volunteering the first year, kids that struggle with focus or kindness, but are learning to the best of their current abilities, to assimilate self awareness, compassion and calm. These same children will mirror learning challenges in the classroom, such as a challenge to focus, through their body shapes in yoga. Through balancing on one leg for example, often children who have difficulty focusing in class, will be the first to fall over. Yet through the course of a year, those children will grow from holding a balancing posture, with focus from a single breath to 4-6 breaths in a row, an incredible shift in their mental and physical regulation.

Recently a friend asked me about teaching children’s’ yoga, and if I planned to continue in the upcoming years. I replied I was still passionate about teaching, and I believed learning to breathe and move for calm, strength, focus and power should be a basic human right. He cheered. I further explained that I often wondered “How powerful would we each feel as adults, if during times of heightened anxiety, stress, pain, frustration or anger, we naturally took a few deep breaths, finding a physical posture that helped us feel calm, or strong, or confident or focused, and then made our next choice, action or reply?” My daughter was riding her bike down a steep trail for the first time, and as she paused at the top of an unknown hill. I asked her if I could assist her.
“No Mama, I’m asking myself if I can do this.’ she replied, taking four deep belly breaths as we do at the beginning of each yoga class. At the end of the fourth breath I saw her smile. “My body says I can do this!” and she pushed off with confidence.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I’m strong.” (grade 3)

“The best thing that I learned about myself in Yoga is that I am Powerful.” (grade 5-7)

“The best thing that I learned about myself in yoga is that yoga can calm me down” (grade 1)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I could be peaceful.” (grade 2)

How could our professional and personal lives shift if we had learned at a young enough age, that it felt wholly natural, to balance our hormonal secretions, invigorate our organs and balance our circulatory, skeletal structure and the master glands of our miraculous bodies to the point that doing so was as familiar as reciting the ABC’s? Many of the children have assimilated their body movements and breathing to such a degree that I hear them whispering the instructions even before I voice them. They particularly focus on new shapes or breathing that teach them about their physical bodies such as compressing and detoxifying their lungs, or learning a sensory controlling posture, which inevitably brings absolute stillness and quiet into the classroom. One grade three student who often struggled with stillness and verbal quiet, asked to practice a particular sensory controlling pose every class, after learning it the first time. The student shifted to eagerly anticipating his yoga classes having experienced a way to self regulate with a powerful new tool.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is I to find peace, and I never noticed so many things about myself before.” (grade 3)

“My favourite shape in yoga is downward dog because it stretches the back of my legs. Thank you so much for teaching this.” (grade 5-7)
“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is how calm I can be.” (grade 5-7).

During a children’s yoga class I use vocabulary that focuses on the physical benefits, such as having their heads below their hearts and saturating their brains with fresh oxygenated blood which helps us feel calm, and better at problem solving. All language used respects the cultural differences, faiths and spiritual beliefs of our multicultural country. Some classes ask that I refrain from using the word ‘yoga’ I then explain we will be ‘stretching’ to help us all feel more ‘balanced’. I am happy to shift dialogue to be inclusive, just as I appreciate other educators doing so for my own child in alternate learning environments. Our classes have a predictable flow, with new shapes inserted that build on the foundations built in the previous classes. Children amaze me with balancing in stillness, in a core muscle building shape that also stimulates emotional confidence and using ones assertive voice. This shape is introduced in every class, the ‘boat’ posture, one I watch shift from two breaths in stillness to 6-8 breathes over the course of the year.

“The best thing I learned about myself in Yoga is that I am powerful and brave.”(grade 3)

There is also a focus on nature, and the ways in which our human self is connected to, and a mirror for the natural environment. At the end of each school year we brings our matts outside, where children are looking at mountains and trees as they make the same yoga shape with their bodies.

“Yoga makes me feel like I am in a field of flowers.” (grade 2)

In this way we foster a connection to our environment and a sense of belonging as well as fostering the confidence to be focused on the self even when the outside world provides distractions as everyday life passes the schools field in cars, on bikes, maintenance crews and dog walkers. Children train their internal gaze to allow that the outward environment can be erratic and unpredictable, yet through their breath and movement, they can complete tasks, invest in their personal health, and support one another’s individual experience by respecting time and space while others also focus and move with mindfulness.

“My favourite shape in yoga is tree because I feel tall and powerful.” (grade 5-7)

“My favourite shape in yoga is mountain because it makes me feel balanced.” (grade 3-4)

I’m not sure how many years I will have the joy of sharing yoga with children in a school setting. Like many things, it depends on the support of the teaching staff, the principal and the availability of funding. Yet for every year and every child I am able to teach, I feel a little more hopeful for our planet and species as a whole.

When I ask the children to imagine during their laying down restful time (savasana) and to think about the ways they have the power to build, connect, share, and create across this wondrous planet, as they lay quietly on their matts, relaxing at the end of the series, I cannot help but envision a future in which they take those words to heart, celebrating one another’s strengths and carrying just a little more acceptance into adulthood for the ways we all move, breathe and bend differently on all levels. During each class we say out load one positive self affirming statement, inspired by SO HUM (I am that, that is I). With their hands over their bellies they all roar statements such as “I AM BRAVE”, for it is brave to bend and shift, to giggle or fart with all your classmates baring witness. The children are given opportunity to say things such as
“I AM WISE
or KIND
or GENTLE
or POWERFUL
or CREATIVE
or STRONG.”
All of the attributes we carry as humans and choose whether or not to foster. Some of the children instruct one another on what the words mean, or share what they felt the word means when applied to themselves. When I asked children what the most powerful words were that had ever been spoken to them, I got answers such as ‘My dad told me I’m a kind boy, and I try hard at everything I do.’ or ‘My grandam told me she loved me.’ I then encouraged students to consider the power their words have on one another, before each student looked around the room and said “Thank you for being powerful friends.” It was an incredibly heart filling experience to see them looking at one another with the new understanding that they had the ability and the power to effect the way someone thought about themselves. Encouraging positive self esteem as the children grow older, will be such a huge part of the ways peers and individuals internalize feelings of being supported or criticized.
“Your weekly affirmations were beneficial to the children and helped them vocalize- and maybe even internalize-these important messages. This was my favourite part!”(kindergarten teacher).

After each class, the children go back to their regular learning schedules. They move back desks, and pick up bits of paper, they learn French and music and math, and all the many other systems our current schools incorporate. Yet, once a week or four times a year, during the first half of their day for 20 mins or half an hour, the rooms are mostly silent, the ocean of the floor punctuated by rainbow hued yoga matts, their islands that are just for them while breathing together, imagining, and taking note of all the ways we are each growing and changing every day. During this time, students are encouraged to be utterly themselves. To voice the colour of bird or magical creature their body shape represents, to feel welcome in expressing if they are fans of rainbow sparkles, kindness or courage. To build their warrior strength as both young women and men, and to see that every one of them is a superhero in their very own way. There are no tests, or expectations on my part as a yoga instructor. I ask them to give themselves the gift of doing the best that they are able on any given day, and if they ‘feel’ that they have invested in themselves, then I celebrate each of them. It is a small thing, this 20-40mins every two weeks, in the course of a life, but I witness small seeds of compassion and strength being planted during that time, that could blossom in unexpected and incredible ways as the children age. Perhaps a stronger connection to respecting their own bodies will influence the ways in which they are respectful of one another as adults in relationships both professionally and personally. Perhaps having felt what a balanced physiological system feels like, there may be slightly less of an inclination towards toxic substances that change the way their bodies and minds feel. I can only hope to bare witness over the years, as I have had the extreme good fortune to do this far, and have some of them become teachers in their own right in whatever field of study they choose to invest in as adults.

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that it helps me to learn and try my best.” (grade 1)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that is makes me wake up so that I can learn.” (grade 1)

“The best thing I learned about myself in yoga is that I could get stronger.” (grade 1)

“The best thing that I learned in yoga is that it made me have a good day.” (grade 2)
For all of those yoga teachers out there who feel drawn to working alongside and empowering children, may you connect in a positive way in local studios, schools or private lessons with the students who can benefit most from the wisdom and wellness you carry.

With sincere thanks to each of the teachers and children who has thus far welcomed me into their classes, you all teach me every day!

Life presents us each with learning opportunities. Some of them are intensely challenging. We are asked to grow in ways that feel physically, emotionally and mentally uncomfortable. Yet our Spirit self, is expansive and bold, aware that growth occurs unendingly, and as we each allow it, we have greater space for experiencing and sharing the gifts we brought when we incarnated onto the planet.

When we seek to align our Soul Purpose on a subconscious and conscious level, we must first cut through several layers of etheric debris that we carry about associated with ‘fear’. These can be patterns that we have just developed,  or had passed down through generations on physical choices, actions, and self fulfilling prophesy. They can be patterns we have ingested from a broader influence, a result of cultural influences in our current society. Or they can be karmic imprints from our previous lives, lessons we have brought forward into our current life walk, with a further opportunity to make alternate choices and grow in the way that we need at this time.

There is an aspect of conscious mental being, that invites messages from the etheric realm, through inspiration, instant understanding, and intuitive leaps. In extrasensory awareness, this is called ‘claircognition’, and like all extra sensory sensitivities, we are each able to receive higher guidance in this way. Many flashes of intuitive knowledge are discarded as a person lives a patterned life of discounting ‘far fetched’ ideas, inspiration or possibilities. For those that feel aware of previous lifetimes, we are each offered the strengths and gifts on a spiritual level, developed in that previous life, as well as an opportunity to integrate how choices previously unfolded personally and collectively when those lifetimes were experienced. During the remembering process, a person may feel drawn to another landscape on the planet, a certain climate zone that ‘feels’ like home. An intuitive flashes may recommend a short or long journey alone. The ego based fear pattern asserts it would be selfish. Yet if we honored our impetus to grow and explore, what gifts of self worth, knowledge and enlightenment would we then share with all those we returned too? This can be an indication that an aspect of the spiritual being is experiencing an unfolding level of consciousness, where by visiting such a place, either physically visiting, or devoting time and energy to meditation or contemplation of that place, affords a deeper understanding of self. The idea of purchasing a plane ticket and flying around the globe can be one the ego voice talks ourselves out of. Yet holding that image in our mind, visiting the spot in psychic memory or through a series of photos in books or online, still is honoring this flash of intuitive understanding, non linear as it appears. When I have listened to my guidance, to travel or explore a ‘far reaching memory’ an ‘akashic record’ I have always received a greater understanding and deepening of my own strength.

img_0582

Our intuitive flash may ask for physical healing modalities, the pattern of fear may assert there is not money or time for such a devotion, yet through making physical investment in well being, suddenly we are more energized, and have even more hours of the day in which we feel motivated to create, achieve and be of service for others. The current energy on the planet has a swirling mix of karmic debris, anxious collective fears, and some exhaustion mixed in. Yet there are waves of light, Divine Love, and creation being beamed towards each of us and the planet at large, simultaneously. In honoring an intuitive flash, of what we truly ‘need’ to feel aligned with our Soul Purpose and at peace within ourselves, we are tuning in, cutting through chords, of lower vibrations based on fears. Through this, we create and energy pathway, a remembrance of Higher Self, that affords gifts of all kinds to flow through us and our lives. The energy pathways, once opened, send streams of light into our etheric beings, like pure water filling a vessel. The first step to feeling refilled, refueled and reintegrating vital life force, is to acknowledge the ways we are ready and wanting to shift outmoded patterns. Do we feel that we constantly hear negative concepts in the world? We can then empower ourselves to shift the pattern by seeking to notice, acknowledge and celebrate small and large acts of kindness, bravery and love around us. Do we seek to feel more hopeful? When was the last time we allowed ourselves to visualize and imagine a world or personal vocation, that fills us with hope? Are their places on the planet we feel drawn to engage with? We can each find a way of doing so. Perhaps we will pray each day for the place and its people, perhaps we will join a volunteer organization that offers service of positive impact in such a place, or we will make a dedication to address one of the sorrows in our own lives, so that we may better mentor others in their own healing journey through sharing our unique stories and perspectives.

A prayer I often use, when seeking to navigate lower vibrations, life challenges, and a sense of balance is:

“Dear Divine Source, God/dess of Creation, please send your light warriors to surround myself and those who are open to receiving at this time, encouragement, for connecting to our Higher Selves, so that as we make choices, it is with clear reception of wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the ways in which each human life is connected throughout time and space. Please send me the pateint assistance of Jesus, to walk beside me and offer gentle reminders that when I struggle, I am only growing and deepening my inner strength, and capacity to view myself and this world, with Compassion. Please send the enveloping light of Quan Yin, so that I may be reminded of the timelessness of being, and treat my fellow humans, animals and this natural beautiful earth, with Compassion. Thank you for reminding me to clearly receive any intuitive messages towards change, action and creative problem solving that the etheric support team working with me at this time, is beaming for my own and humanities collective well being. Thank you, Amen, Om and Aho.”

This is a cosmic unfolding in which we are each offered opportunities to choose which wave of energy we are willing to connect with and receive from. We can see the sorrow and challenges, yet dedicate through a life of service and personal empowerment, energy to encouraging positive change, manifestation and healing on personal and global levels.

with light and compassion for us all,

Loneliness as the Supreme Teacher

It is not in the company of other people that loneliness is always diffused. Rather it is in the company of our Divine Light, that we allow to expand and fill us with a connection to the Source we originated from, and will one day return to, that we can release feelings of loneliness. With an expanded awareness we can see the ways our choices, our self awareness and self esteem, effects our human experience and filters the amount of Light and Divine Love we allow ourselves to receive. People can be lonely in a crowded room, lonely in a relationship or out of one. We can be lonely with family or with a circle beloved friends. The manifestation of loneliness is sometimes a Spiritual ‘wake-up call’, a call to action, to reaffirm an aspect of ourselves that is ready to be birthed into the physical reality. What are the ways we are each embracing the light we have to share? Do we seek to express through words, movement, travel, self love or life change, a new manner of being? Have we acknowledged that a situation that was once tolerable is no longer sustaining what we truly wish to manifest in our lives? Such as a home or job that we have ultimately outgrown? With the courage of confronting and accepting the loneliness and allowing for the wisdom of the self to rise and be expressed, we can uncover a deeper sense of self that is not conditional on anyone, other than our own unique and shining selves.

When I bare witness to peoples aching loneliness, what I ‘see’ with clairvoyant perceptions, is a deep longing to reconnect with their own personal Higher Self, Soul Purpose, and manner of being, truly aware of their dynamic light. Life can afford us each patterns that distract our focus, on the awareness that we are each greater beings, with gifts, wisdom, incredible energy and Light to share with the world. In the routines of daily living we can become affected by the energy that people in our direct vicinity as well as on a world scale, are emitting through ego based thoughts surrounded self denial of happiness, or disempowerment. Yet, if we seek out sacred space and give ourselves permission to experience the emotions of Loneliness or Grief that is haunting our subconscious mind, we are assisted by the etheric support team of Divine Love that is present for each of us, in uncovering the true message seeking to be recognized from our Soul.

I have allowed Loneliness to be a supreme teacher in this current life. My perception of loneliness has grown through out this incarnation through experiencing an overwhelming wave of intense emotion, often times as a prequel to a major life change. For example, I often felt aching loneliness in school. By allowing for time to meditate on the root cause of where this feeling originated, I empowered myself to travel around the world at 18yrs old, to reconnect with and accept pieces of cosmic memory that these other countries offered. I wanted to experience alternate cultures and landscapes, that I recognized from previous incarnations. In my early twenties, I had periods of time where I was again overwhelmed by loneliness. When out in nature, alone, meditating, and expanding my energy self, this loneliness revealed a deep Longing to reconnect with my Soul Path, and to find the courage to bring forth messages surrounding the etheric realm and my clairvoyant perceptions. When I turned to face the emotions and personal truths, I no longer experienced Loneliness. Instead I felt as if my cells, self and being were re-infused with dynamic and vital life force. Later when I became a mother, I also felt a reemergence of Loneliness. I had a child to love, a soulmate relationship, and a very fulfilling life, how could I possibly be feeling lonely? I would ask myself. Yet when I explored the loneliness, again I found that it was the messenger of a longing to again seek to uncover personal spiritual truths and to share them through my book ‘Soul Evolution”. In birthing the book, I again felt the resurgence of personal empowerment and purpose that had come through previous Loneliness exploration.

A prayer that I have found useful when choosing to acknowledge personal feelings of loneliness is:

“Dear God/dess of Creation, please send me the assistance of the Light beings who bring courage and strength, so that I may be assisted in the unfolding of Truths form my Higher Self and being that wish to come through at this time. Please send me the attributes of Shiva and the Archangel Micheal as well as the Divine Mother, so that I may courageously confront and accept the the life changes I am being called to make on the spiritual, emotional, mental or physical levels of being. Please help me to stay centered in my connection to the beautiful earth as I contemplate and choose what changes I am ultimately ready to make. Please help me to accept healing and assistance on all levels as I move forward along my Soul Path in alignment with my true self. Thank You, Amen, OM and Aho.”

Whatever messages come through, listen and accept them. I am so thankful for every instance in which through this acknowledgement of a desire to grow, I listened and became more compassionate towards myself, and the world at large. Being alone on our pathways of self discovery is in alignment with the archetype of the Hero or Heroine. In our aloneness, our greatest strengths are given opportunity to rise, grow and ultimately guide us through the adversity of Growth. Yet the aspect of the Hero’s journey that is so often missed in many stories, plot lines and depictions, is that in the embrace of personal Purpose and power, the feeling of being ultimately alone, dissipates and is replaced with a powerful understanding of the good that connects all living beings, and the gifts we, as individual hero’s/heroine’s, are able to share universally.

My loneliness ultimately lead me to becoming an author. And when people read my work, and it is helpful to them in some way, I feel the web of light that connects us all, across the planet, infused with a brighter wider level of compassion, and my own node of light within it.

with light, respect and thanks for reading this work,

An Expanded View Expands Consciousness

One of the greatest gifts any of us can experience, is to have the ability to ‘see’ beyond what is directly in front of us, and use our etheric perceptions for a ‘greater world view.’

Highly sensitive people act like beacons for other people still expanding their sensitivity. A highly sensitive energetic person will often have people and situations approach them that seek expression and clearing through the gifts of radiant etheric intensification the highly sensitive individual carries. In plain terms, if you are highly sensitive, other people may come around you to dump their emotions and energy, as you activate a clearing and detoxifying through your own resonance. Sometimes, these interactions can feel challenging or overwhelming. When this happens, a healthy tool is to verbalize and act on ones need for personal space, and alignment.

At times in life when we each experience challenges, despair, negativity or suffering, it is through an Expansion of View that we are often able to reignite our connection to personal power and the Divine. All people emit energy vibrations. And all people receive the vibrations of others. We are each at varying levels of consciousness and awareness in terms of our sensitivity to the reception and sharing of this etheric reality. When we seek time and space to foster self awareness and balance, we are emitting a frequency, a music so to speak, or a light combination, that draws to us people also seeking to find personal alignment. For example, during struggles with an interpersonal relationship, it is easy to see the ways in which another person directly effects our feelings. Yet, from an expanded view, from a place in which we have self empowered ourselves to step back and ‘see more,’ we may find that another persons experience has very little to do with us, and much more to do with the challenges, growth and learning their Soul and self are experiencing at this time. As a highly sensitive person, there can be times in life when encountering other peoples feelings that cascade forth, feels like entering a tidal wave or chaotic tornado. Yet, through meditation, yoga, and daily practices that bring us personal balanced, we are better able to discern a tidal wave of emotion or energy as it approaches us, and divert it through sending prayers for transformation and healing to the person emitting the frequency. In this manner, our ‘greater seeing’ allows us to empathize with other peoples personal struggles, and stay connected to our personal power through sharing compassion, encouragement and the gift of healthy boundaries. In this way we can share with others the gifts of empathy, compassion and encouragement, without feeling as though we are living out their struggles for them.

Visiting a place with rushing water can be a powerful tool for clearing the energy of others that we are carrying. I find it a powerful tool for prayer when I seek to encourage others along their path, or diffuse any lower vibrations that have been sent towards me. While near water, my expanded view allows for a vision of the world in which we are each flowing in our own directions, and each seeking to emit our own unique music and frequency the best way we are able to at the time.

A prayer that I practice often is:

“Dear Divine Life force of this universe, thank you for the blessings you share with all living beings. Thank you for the light you offer to infuse my cells and being, as I grow, just as all living things are growing. Please help me to attune my personal frequency to the highest vibrations of Love, Peace, and Compassion and to retain this resonance during each of my interactions with other people and the planet. I ask that the water I visit, clear all karmic debris I am ready to release, and allow for an energy shift to transmute lower vibrations into new vital life force. Please send light beings aligned with (insert people names that are in the midst of challenges, or causing one challenges) to assist them on their journey and remind them of the light and choices they each carry. Thank you Amen, Om and Aho.”

The beauty of water, is that it flows through, around and over obstacles. Just as we, the people upon the planet are capable of changing directions, flowing with enthusiasm and connected consciousness towards new goals, ideals, peace and hope. Even when we see or are affected by choices and actions other people make and the vibration they emit, from an expanded view we remain connected to the awareness that each human has the personal power to make new choices every day, with each new awakening of self. We are all growing, flowing, moving, learning and choosing every minute of the day. We can choose to pause, in our forward momentum on the physical level, to find time and space to ‘expand our consciousness’ through an expanded view of the world, and our connected future as a whole, and retain this expanded awareness for clarity and perspective. What are the ways in which today affords a clearing of energy on a collective scale and a reinvigoration of personal and cosmic energy on a grander scale? Can we make choices individually to speak, act and manifest from a place of personal balance and peace, so that we effect a greater tidal wave of co-created vibrations for hope and compassion?

May we each feel connected to a greater awareness of our Self, our relationships, our collective world, and the ways in which we are each able to contribute to the co-creation of this present, and our future, reality of Earth.

with light and respect,

Kamia

The Strongest Version of ‘Me’ Asks for Help

I recently taught a writers workshop in which I asked participants to finish the sentence/thought ‘The Strongest Version of Me….” The answers were diverse, remarkable, and poignant. The example I used for my own strongest version, was to discuss the theory that the strongest version of ‘self’ is not an isolated individual, but rather a self that is willing to seek assistance and identify what aspects of friends, family, community, or spiritual support are needed to affect positive change. Identifying that we are in need of assistance does not make us weak or a burden to others, rather it makes us strong, willing to heal, and balanced in self awareness.

On the physical reality this can translate to asking friends or loved ones, or health/wellness professionals to offer a helping hand in thought, action, or emotional encouragement. On the spiritual plane the gift of my clairvoyance allows me to foster awareness of the threads, ribbons and ropes of light that emanate outwards from each individual and connect us to the wider world. Asking for help on the spiritual plane, sends streams of light between individuals and the divine Source.

In the etheric reality I am constantly  ‘asking for assistance’. I attribute this mainly to my own clairvoyant awareness of the etheric reality, and the constant presence of angels, ascended masters, ancestors, fairies, and the Divine I ‘feel’ connected to. I also attribute it to practice and having had someone in my life who lead by example. My mom used to ask her angels to provide the perfect parking place when we went grocery shopping, I used to giggle, then squeal in delight, as invariably, she always found a place directly in front of the door. It was a small matter, to find parking, in the larger scheme of life and the challenges we each face. Yet, if we each can find the good humor to ask for assistance during the simple things, we are better prepared to call for etheric support and assistance during the times in our life where challenges feel insurmountable, grief all encompassing, and isolation from the Divine Love of the universe.IMG_1322

Great or small, the challenges we each overcome daily and throughout our life path, it is through allowing ourselves to seek ‘help’ from physical, emotional, mental and spiritual sources, that we are better able to survive and overcome the challenges.

Many people on the planet are being currently ‘asked’ by their higher selves to commit to a life path with a resonance of “I am worthy.” This can manifest as a willingness to feel worthy for giving and receiving Love, Joy, Abundance, Compassion, and Divine Light. When we choose to embrace a personal life path that celebrates these attributes, massive life changes often occur. For example, people who heal the aspects on the emotional or spiritual level connected to feelings of worthiness for Love, will attract Soul Mate relationships and experience fertility in their lives through career opportunities, pregnancy, or birthing of dreams. People who heal aspects of themselves surrounding worthiness for experiencing Compassion, transform their world view for how they contribute and are vital, needed, and appreciated in the greater world and cosmic reality at large. Though we each will have different levels of fear or karma surrounding our beliefs of self worthiness, we can seek help, assistance and support from but the physical reality and the spiritual as we courageously grow in each direction.12923155_1025759994125922_1666709770043264950_n

On the spiritual level I have experienced incredible levels of healing and awakening through prayer, affirmation and mantra. Two of my favorite prayers/affirmations include:

For Compassion

“Dear God/dess of Creation, please send the healing light of Jesus and Quan Yin to help me feel more Compassion towards myself and every living being. Please help me to receive Compassion, so that I am better able to share it with others. I ask that I receive clear messages, images and feelings, that allow me to identify andy ego based patterns that I can release to allow for a greater connection to the Divine within me, and the world and cosmos at large.Thank You, Amen and OM”

For Love

“Dear God/dess, Divine Light Source, please help me to feel connected to the resonance of Divine Love. Please send the Archangels most suited to working alongside my life path, to help me in removing fear or karma blocking this reception and awareness of Love. I ask that the fairy kingdom send me helpers to attract people, animals and plants into my life that will share and receive only the purest Love with me. Thank you for assistance on every level, Amen, OM and Aho.”

On the pathways of personal empowerment, transformation, and self actualization, we can all inspire support and contribute to one another’s journey. To do this, sometimes it requires the ‘strength of self’ to ask for help. In whatever capacity we are all growing, through connections to one another we become a wave of healing and light that moves across the planet.

May we each feel strong, supported, connected and loved at this time.

With light and respect for your journey,

Kamia
