Pathways of Compassionate Light

“Coming to the earth plane is a soul level choice that we have all made during our cosmic evolution as incarnated beings at this time. The common threads of light that connect us are brilliant hues of varying vibrations, which have at their center the highest vibration: that of Divine Love. Although many will connect to Divine Love through the modality of different religions with varying names and manners of prayers, I truly believe that when we are connected to God/dess, what we are connecting to is the same radiance, the same light that permeates the universe and shines within us all; what people then choose to do with their inner light, is, of course, governed by the Law of Free Will. We all are given choices daily and throughout our lives to direct our light with free will. This theme repeats in many religions: when in communion with the highest manifestation of Love, we contribute most to the overall positive evolution of our individual lives, our communities, our species and the planet as a whole.
This book is a manifestation of my communion with my Higher Self, the cosmic universe as I perceive it at this time and a desire to communicate an affirmation of our capacity as humans to share in a daily realization of our souls’ ability to radiate and attract Love to the benefit of both soul path growth and universal blessings. In simple speak, this book is an exploration of each individual’s worthiness and capacity to be loved and express love to others. For ‘love’ is a word used daily in the ‘readings’ that I have facilitated for others and the messages I receive from the Angels most often is of teaching and encouraging others to love themselves and therefore share Love with the universe. It is the most prevalent and the ‘loudest’ message of them all.
Compassion and love for the self affords opportunities to heal our etheric, emotional, mental and physical bodies. Often people carry around an energy mantra of I am undeserving. This creates an energy field based on lack and so the energy of the universe that vibrates alongside the person is unbalanced and dim. To connect with pathways of compassionate light is to clear the energy field of the self with positive messages, such as: I can, I will, I deserve. This sends out a ‘chord’ of light to the universe that seeks to connect with the energy matrix uniting all living things: the mountains, the ocean, people, animals and the cosmos at large. Through being kind first to ourselves, feeding our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical bodies with positive energy and messages, we are able to become an intersection of light that is both supported and aids in sustaining the overall vibration of the universe. The Angels, Ascended Masters and our myriad array of Helpers from the Divine want us to love our Selves so deeply and truly that each cell in our magnificent body begins to vibrate with Love. This is the brightest, loudest, most powerful vibration. We cannot send out these powerful vibrations when we are feeding our own psyche with negative based thoughts. When we invest in ourselves with self-kindness, encouragement, compassion and grace, this personal loving care becomes an investment in the universe at large.”

“May all who read this be reminded daily that your Angels, Guides, Helpers, Higher Self and connection to God/dess is true and pure and that you are a manifestation of Divine Love in every cell of your body.
In offering of this recognition of the light within us all, I would like to share this affirmation that I have found useful for connecting to my Higher Self and the Light within the Universe:

“Dear Universal Consciousness, Archangels, Guardian Angels, Gods and Goddesses, Ascended Masters and Spirits of the Earth, please help me to recognize the light within others, let me perceive their highest vibrational potential so that I may be reminded of my own highest truth.”

Another variation of this affirmation is:

“May I speak, perceive and be a conduit of universal Love in all my actions, and may I forgive myself for the actions as a human that have filled me with guilt or fear, so that in releasing these fears, I make greater space for Love in all that I do. Help me [God/dess, Angels or the Ascended Master you feel most connected to at this time], on all levels to remain grounded into this present reality and incarnation so that I am able to manifest this Love on the physical plane. Amen. Om and Thanks.”

Planting Seeds for Compassion, Teaching Children Yoga

When my daughter began kindergarten in 2012, like many parents, I hoped her school experience would encourage her curiosity to learn, provide opportunities for kindhearted friends, and gift me with five blessed hours of alone time. In the first few months of school she would confide in me over lunch, the joys, the sorrows and the frustrations of navigating her new social and education reality. I delighted in hearing that her new best friend was kind and helpful, and that her teacher devoted time and energy to each child’s particular learning needs. One day she asked me what a particular swear word meant. When I asked where she had encountered it, she explained a classmate had taken to calling her that and stepping on her hands or kicking her when saying it.

I went to the teacher immediately to ask what could be done to stop the violent words and behaviour. The teacher explained that the particular child was receiving a lot of support from the school and came from adverse circumstances. After hearing the child’s story, I altered my approach from asking for intervention, to offering my presence in the classroom as another avenue for providing an expanded positive vocabulary, and developing tools for self awareness, through gentle yoga classes.
My theory, was that a greater focus on positive self talk might encourage a wider and kinder vocabulary in students, as well as fostering a more gentle interaction in group dynamic, while balancing all of the major glands in the body though the postures, and might effect a more gentle physical shared experience.

I taught that particular kindergarten class a series of four classes, stipulating that so long as children respected the personal space of one another, and stayed on their own matts, they could follow along in a way that felt right for their own bodies and self. Children delighted in being shown through their ‘island’ that their personal space was entirely their own for exploring their bodies and feelings. I was quietly amazed as the majority of the class followed every body shape and breathing technique. Children would learn from one class to the next how to navigate and distinguish between opposite sides of their bodies, balance in stillness on one foot, building strength and confidence in powerful shapes, and relax with their fertile imaginations unleashed at the end of the class. Their brains were flushed with freshly oxygenated blood through their first few movements, and the room would still to near silence. The child who had been bullying mine, carefully stayed on their own ‘island’ (matt) hugging their knees and rocking back and forth for the first year.

Soon after I was welcomed into that classroom, other teachers in the school asked if I would teach in their classrooms. I felt delighted to be sharing simple tools with children for self regulation, awareness and wellness. We practised breathing techniques that balance the pituitary and pineal glands, and shapes that revitalize our immune systems. Children learned how twisting can balance their insulin levels, or regulate the adrenal glands, helping us each to feel a deeper sense of safety and ease. That first year I taught in five different classrooms, with a span of kindergarten to grade 7, mostly in a volunteer capacity, happily sharing a positive dialogue and watching the children’s receptivity to perceiving themselves, one another and their learning environment in a new way. When working alongside that first group of Grade 7’s, the majority wrote of their experience, that yoga had significantly decreased their sense of anxiety and stress while in school. I quietly marvelled at the ways in which that hormone rich age group respectfully approached themselves and one another when asked to be squished so close together around their desks, upside down, twisted and exposed in unfamiliar experience.

In those 20 – 40 minute long classes, I often felt as though I was watching small and large miracles. During the second year of practice the child who had bullied mine in kindergarten wrote of their yoga experience “Yoga makes me feel calm, and to calm down when I am upset before it.” (grade 1) During the second year the same child began to participate in over half the shapes (asanas). In the third year, the child is an exemplary leader, participating in every shape, often at the front of the class.

In their own words, elementary school students say that:

“Yoga makes me feel happy.” (kindergarten)

“Yoga makes me feel good.” (grade 2)

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed” (grade 3)

“Yoga makes me feel more healthy” (grade 2)

“Yoga makes me feel strong and brave” (grade 2)

After three years in an elementary school, in which children grades kindergarten to grade 3 received up to 16 instructional yoga classes each for a school year, I have had the good fortune to expand and teach in other learning environments.

“Yoga makes me feel relaxed free and confident” (grade 3)

Another elementary school, kindergarten to Grade 7 had an introductory 4 week session. The older children, in their first class looked around at one another with uncertainty, giggles, insecurity and embarrassment. I explained that our yoga classes were a time for them each to remember ways in which they were capable and powerful in learning to understand what feels good for their bodies, and to respect one another as each individual learned, breathed, bent and twisted in ways that were safe and comfortable. I also explained that yoga was time for developing an internal gaze, to explore our mental, emotional, physical and intuitive selves. During those four classes, the children’s eyes softened, no longer seeking nonverbal approval from one another, but closing their eyes to tune in more fully to their own experience. The embarrassment level shifted, and each child participated, focused on their own body and breath for a 40 minute class in relative silence.

What a remarkable shift I witnessed during an age in which hormones and peer acceptance can wreak such havoc.

“The best thing I learned about myself during yoga is I’m actually better at things than I thought.” (grade5-7)

I have recently had the good fortune to be welcomed into two preschools where I spend a weekly session with 3yrs and 4yrs old. They are so focused, one could hear a pin drop. Their eyes are huge and round as they listen to instructions and seek to make new shapes with their bodies while using their imaginations for things such as ‘gathering handfuls of sunshine’ (during pranayama/breath) or ‘uncurling like leaves and flowers opening in spring’ (during asana/body shapes). I am also blessed with a few classes a year where kindergarten children and seniors in an assisted living home, practice chair yoga together. The elders watch the children, so focused and free in their imagining, and I see the elders light up in the shared imagining, oxygen saturation and gentle movement. Circulation benefits physical and mental health in all ways. When we have simple body movement, combined with conscious breathing, we are often offered gifts in elevated mood, and hopefulness for ourselves and this world.

When I spend time watching the children, noticing the way they respond to deepening their breath, and holding a shape in stillness, I continue to feel that I am witnessing small miracles.

A parent approached me in my second year and related a story of witnessing her daughter fall and hurt herself. The child sat up, shifted her posture and began to follow the deep belly breath she had recently learned in kindergarten. She was mitigating her experience of pain instinctively, seeking calm. The parent voiced amazement in watching the self analysis and transformation in her 6yr old.

I have had several parents relate instances where their children are incorporating movement and breath from school, into their daily lives. Some want to teach the rest of their family, everything they have learned that day. Others want to share in deep belly breathing at bedtime. When I drop off my child at school it is often to a chorus of children asking me “When do we have yoga next? Is it today?” Many of them are children such as the one who inspired my volunteering the first year, kids that struggle with focus or kindness, but are learning to the best of their current abilities, to assimilate self awareness, compassion and calm. These same children will mirror learning challenges in the classroom, such as a challenge to focus, through their body shapes in yoga. Through balancing on one leg for example, often children who have difficulty focusing in class, will be the first to fall over. Yet through the course of a year, those children will grow from holding a balancing posture, with focus from a single breath to 4-6 breaths in a row, an incredible shift in their mental and physical regulation.

Recently a friend asked me about teaching children’s’ yoga, and if I planned to continue in the upcoming years. I replied I was still passionate about teaching, and I believed learning to breathe and move for calm, strength, focus and power should be a basic human right. He cheered. I further explained that I often wondered “How powerful would we each feel as adults, if during times of heightened anxiety, stress, pain, frustration or anger, we naturally took a few deep breaths, finding a physical posture that helped us feel calm, or strong, or confident or focused, and then made our next choice, action or reply?” My daughter was riding her bike down a steep trail for the first time, and as she paused at the top of an unknown hill. I asked her if I could assist her.
“No Mama, I’m asking myself if I can do this.’ she replied, taking four deep belly breaths as we do at the beginning of each yoga class. At the end of the fourth breath I saw her smile. “My body says I can do this!” and she pushed off with confidence.

How could our professional and personal lives shift if we had learned at a young enough age, that it felt wholly natural, to balance our hormonal secretions, invigorate our organs and balance our circulatory, skeletal structure and the master glands of our miraculous bodies to the point that doing so was as familiar as reciting the ABC’s? Many of the children have assimilated their body movements and breathing to such a degree that I hear them whispering the instructions even before I voice them. They particularly focus on new shapes or breathing that teach them about their physical bodies such as compressing and detoxifying their lungs, or learning a sensory controlling posture, which inevitably brings absolute stillness and quiet into the classroom. One grade three student who often struggled with stillness and verbal quiet, asked to practice a particular sensory controlling pose every class, after learning it the first time. The student shifted to eagerly anticipating his yoga classes having experienced a way to self regulate with a powerful new tool.

During a children’s yoga class I use vocabulary that focuses on the physical benefits, such as having their heads below their hearts and saturating their brains with fresh oxygenated blood which helps us feel calm, and better at problem solving. All language used respects the cultural differences, faiths and spiritual beliefs of our multicultural country. Some classes ask that I refrain from using the word ‘yoga’ I then explain we will be ‘stretching’ to help us all feel more ‘balanced’. I am happy to shift dialogue to be inclusive, just as I appreciate other educators doing so for my own child in alternate learning environments. Our classes have a predictable flow, with new shapes inserted that build on the foundations built in the previous classes. Children amaze me with balancing in stillness, in a core muscle building shape that also stimulates emotional confidence and using ones assertive voice. This shape is introduced in every class, the ‘boat’ posture, one I watch shift from two breaths in stillness to 6-8 breathes over the course of the year.

There is also a focus on nature, and the ways in which our human self is connected to, and a mirror for the natural environment. At the end of each school year we brings our matts outside, where children are looking at mountains and trees as they make the same yoga shape with their bodies.

In this way we foster a connection to our environment and a sense of belonging as well as fostering the confidence to be focused on the self even when the outside world provides distractions as everyday life passes the schools field in cars, on bikes, maintenance crews and dog walkers. Children train their internal gaze to allow that the outward environment can be erratic and unpredictable, yet through their breath and movement, they can complete tasks, invest in their personal health, and support one another’s individual experience by respecting time and space while others also focus and move with mindfulness.

I’m not sure how many years I will have the joy of sharing yoga with children in a school setting. Like many things, it depends on the support of the teaching staff, the principal and the availability of funding. Yet for every year and every child I am able to teach, I feel a little more hopeful for our planet and species as a whole.

When I ask the children to imagine during their laying down restful time (savasana) and to think about the ways they have the power to build, connect, share, and create across this wondrous planet, as they lay quietly on their matts, relaxing at the end of the series, I cannot help but envision a future in which they take those words to heart, celebrating one another’s strengths and carrying just a little more acceptance into adulthood for the ways we all move, breathe and bend differently on all levels. During each class we say out load one positive self affirming statement, inspired by SO HUM (I am that, that is I). With their hands over their bellies they all roar statements such as “I AM BRAVE”, for it is brave to bend and shift, to giggle or fart with all your classmates baring witness. The children are given opportunity to say things such as
“I AM WISE
or KIND
or GENTLE
or POWERFUL
or CREATIVE
or STRONG.”
All of the attributes we carry as humans and choose whether or not to foster. Some of the children instruct one another on what the words mean, or share what they felt the word means when applied to themselves. When I asked children what the most powerful words were that had ever been spoken to them, I got answers such as ‘My dad told me I’m a kind boy, and I try hard at everything I do.’ or ‘My grandam told me she loved me.’ I then encouraged students to consider the power their words have on one another, before each student looked around the room and said “Thank you for being powerful friends.” It was an incredibly heart filling experience to see them looking at one another with the new understanding that they had the ability and the power to effect the way someone thought about themselves. Encouraging positive self esteem as the children grow older, will be such a huge part of the ways peers and individuals internalize feelings of being supported or criticized.

After each class, the children go back to their regular learning schedules. They move back desks, and pick up bits of paper, they learn French and music and math, and all the many other systems our current schools incorporate. Yet, once a week or four times a year, during the first half of their day for 20 mins or half an hour, the rooms are mostly silent, the ocean of the floor punctuated by rainbow hued yoga matts, their islands that are just for them while breathing together, imagining, and taking note of all the ways we are each growing and changing every day. During this time, students are encouraged to be utterly themselves. To voice the colour of bird or magical creature their body shape represents, to feel welcome in expressing if they are fans of rainbow sparkles, kindness or courage. To build their warrior strength as both young women and men, and to see that every one of them is a superhero in their very own way. There are no tests, or expectations on my part as a yoga instructor. I ask them to give themselves the gift of doing the best that they are able on any given day, and if they ‘feel’ that they have invested in themselves, then I celebrate each of them. It is a small thing, this 20-40mins every two weeks, in the course of a life, but I witness small seeds of compassion and strength being planted during that time, that could blossom in unexpected and incredible ways as the children age. Perhaps a stronger connection to respecting their own bodies will influence the ways in which they are respectful of one another as adults in relationships both professionally and personally. Perhaps having felt what a balanced physiological system feels like, there may be slightly less of an inclination towards toxic substances that change the way their bodies and minds feel. I can only hope to bare witness over the years, as I have had the extreme good fortune to do this far, and have some of them become teachers in their own right in whatever field of study they choose to invest in as adults.

Sign Posts for Life Purpose

Sign posts for life purpose can occur for many of us in times of heightened awareness. A memory that is as vivid as the present perhaps, such as the way one felt as a child, youth, teenager or young adult. It could be a moment in which a song left a deep emotional response, or someone told us something that changed the way we saw the world, through the years. We all must pass through trials on the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical level that test our commitment to self acceptance, Love and soul truths, yet during these times, we are often offered ‘sign posts’ to remember that we have choices in the paths we each follow and direct the course of our lives.img_2938

For example, we may remember a time in which we were very aware of an injustice or imbalance in the world as we experienced it. In those moments of heightened awareness and memory, we are viewing a ‘sign post’ of self that offers a choice regarding what we contribute to the world and the future generations individual or collective experience. Many people will seek to reject their understanding of self at some point in their lives. This can be a survival technique, when outside influences overwhelm the senses, or when one is in a situation in which one feels powerless. Many highly sensitive souls will yearn for the light connections they experienced before they entered a physical body, and feel as though their life walk is very lonely or separated from the source during transformational times in childhood,adolescence or adulthood. Yet, in attuning to the particular sensitivities we all carry, we become aware that we can be both physically present and spiritual expansive, a radiant conduit of light and Divine Source that effects our personal and collective experiences.

When I was a child and began elementary school, I was often overwhelmed by the ‘noise’ of so many people in close proximity to myself energetically. The thoughts, feelings and emotions being emitted in a social setting, often felt as though they were drowning out my own perception of personal identity and feeling, as a highly sensitive and clairvoyant child. I certainly felt that being so highly sensitive was something I wished to escape instead of embrace. I remember being in grade one and wishing desperately that the class had some ‘quiet time’ each day, so that I could sort out my feelings and boundaries. Yet all these decades later, I have the extreme privilege of teaching children yoga in classrooms of elementary schools. I get to help create a peaceful half hour for each child to learn, integrate, interpret and balance their own being. What a gift, that all of those years ago, I felt so strongly as a child myself, that I have helped to manifest a reality that nourishes my past memory and future generations self awareness.

We experience sometimes joy, and other times pain, during the growth or challenging scenarios that remind us of our extreme sensitivity. Yet, when we emerge, having chosen to accept our own beauty and gifts, just as they are, we are offered the experience of the blissful nature of our Light and Soul, radiant and pure. Through the trials that test or challenge us, I ask all to remember, we are connected in many ways, we are each never alone on the spiritual level of being, and we all, have so much power for bringing compassion, peace and divine Love into this world.

A prayer that can be helpful in attuning to ones own light is:

“Dear Divine Source, God/dess of creation, please help me to accept the ways that I am truly sensitive, so that I may foster the strength this sensitivity gives me for bringing about positive change in my life and the world at large. Please send me clear messages and signs that I can easily recognizes with my sensitivity, that help me to trust I am working in accordance with my Soul Purpose, or able to change course to connect more deeply with what is blissful. Thank you Amen, Om and Aho.”

There are times in life in which many of us will feel as if we are drifting without a fixed course, wondering if we are passengers or captains of our own ship. Yet, as we attune to the ways in which we are personally sensitive and receptive to the Divine Source, and our intuitive, psychic sense of knowing, we are able to discern that even during times in which we are drifting, there are several ‘sign posts’ along the way that offer guidance towards our life purpose. The spiritual realm is rich with messages that come forward to each of us in a number of ways.

We may be clairsentient, and responsive with our physical bodies through reactions to a landscape, person, societal or cultural phenomena. Or we may be clairaudiant, and have a heightened awareness of sound, or words, that stay with us, or rise to the surface of our consciousness. We have have spontaneous ideas, creative problem solving or dreams that appear in our minds, encouraging us to follow a new path in alignment with our gift of claircognition. Allowing a job path or relationship to develop in which it is safe to foster these spontaneous messages, understanding and inspirations to be spoken or written about for the physical world to explore. We may be clairvoyant, in that the image of both past, present and future possibilities resurfaces during times in which we seek to alter our course in life, connecting more firmly with the direction that affords the sharing of gifts with humanity and the celebration of self acceptance.

In whatever way our ‘sign posts’ manifest, it is our personal responsibility to pay attention and have faith that we do, in fact ‘know’ on a deep instinctive level what our Soul  and Life Purpose on this planet truly is.

An Expanded View Expands Consciousness

One of the greatest gifts any of us can experience, is to have the ability to ‘see’ beyond what is directly in front of us, and use our etheric perceptions for a ‘greater world view.’

Highly sensitive people act like beacons for other people still expanding their sensitivity. A highly sensitive energetic person will often have people and situations approach them that seek expression and clearing through the gifts of radiant etheric intensification the highly sensitive individual carries. In plain terms, if you are highly sensitive, other people may come around you to dump their emotions and energy, as you activate a clearing and detoxifying through your own resonance. Sometimes, these interactions can feel challenging or overwhelming. When this happens, a healthy tool is to verbalize and act on ones need for personal space, and alignment.

At times in life when we each experience challenges, despair, negativity or suffering, it is through an Expansion of View that we are often able to reignite our connection to personal power and the Divine. All people emit energy vibrations. And all people receive the vibrations of others. We are each at varying levels of consciousness and awareness in terms of our sensitivity to the reception and sharing of this etheric reality. When we seek time and space to foster self awareness and balance, we are emitting a frequency, a music so to speak, or a light combination, that draws to us people also seeking to find personal alignment. For example, during struggles with an interpersonal relationship, it is easy to see the ways in which another person directly effects our feelings. Yet, from an expanded view, from a place in which we have self empowered ourselves to step back and ‘see more,’ we may find that another persons experience has very little to do with us, and much more to do with the challenges, growth and learning their Soul and self are experiencing at this time. As a highly sensitive person, there can be times in life when encountering other peoples feelings that cascade forth, feels like entering a tidal wave or chaotic tornado. Yet, through meditation, yoga, and daily practices that bring us personal balanced, we are better able to discern a tidal wave of emotion or energy as it approaches us, and divert it through sending prayers for transformation and healing to the person emitting the frequency. In this manner, our ‘greater seeing’ allows us to empathize with other peoples personal struggles, and stay connected to our personal power through sharing compassion, encouragement and the gift of healthy boundaries. In this way we can share with others the gifts of empathy, compassion and encouragement, without feeling as though we are living out their struggles for them.

Visiting a place with rushing water can be a powerful tool for clearing the energy of others that we are carrying. I find it a powerful tool for prayer when I seek to encourage others along their path, or diffuse any lower vibrations that have been sent towards me. While near water, my expanded view allows for a vision of the world in which we are each flowing in our own directions, and each seeking to emit our own unique music and frequency the best way we are able to at the time.

A prayer that I practice often is:

“Dear Divine Life force of this universe, thank you for the blessings you share with all living beings. Thank you for the light you offer to infuse my cells and being, as I grow, just as all living things are growing. Please help me to attune my personal frequency to the highest vibrations of Love, Peace, and Compassion and to retain this resonance during each of my interactions with other people and the planet. I ask that the water I visit, clear all karmic debris I am ready to release, and allow for an energy shift to transmute lower vibrations into new vital life force. Please send light beings aligned with (insert people names that are in the midst of challenges, or causing one challenges) to assist them on their journey and remind them of the light and choices they each carry. Thank you Amen, Om and Aho.”

The beauty of water, is that it flows through, around and over obstacles. Just as we, the people upon the planet are capable of changing directions, flowing with enthusiasm and connected consciousness towards new goals, ideals, peace and hope. Even when we see or are affected by choices and actions other people make and the vibration they emit, from an expanded view we remain connected to the awareness that each human has the personal power to make new choices every day, with each new awakening of self. We are all growing, flowing, moving, learning and choosing every minute of the day. We can choose to pause, in our forward momentum on the physical level, to find time and space to ‘expand our consciousness’ through an expanded view of the world, and our connected future as a whole, and retain this expanded awareness for clarity and perspective. What are the ways in which today affords a clearing of energy on a collective scale and a reinvigoration of personal and cosmic energy on a grander scale? Can we make choices individually to speak, act and manifest from a place of personal balance and peace, so that we effect a greater tidal wave of co-created vibrations for hope and compassion?

May we each feel connected to a greater awareness of our Self, our relationships, our collective world, and the ways in which we are each able to contribute to the co-creation of this present, and our future, reality of Earth.

Nature and Faith

Faith can manifest in many ways. It can be a dedication to a belief, a hope, or a prayer. It can be a stubborn refusal to give up on ones dreams. Faith can be the ‘taken for granted,’ trust that such things as the sun rising, and the season’s changing, will occur, no matter what the personal challenges we are facing at any given time. Faith is a vital ingredient in all of our endeavors, to grow, to expand our consciousness, and ultimately, to manifest a reality on the planet that we feel proud of on a cosmic level. A reality that provides for generations of future children, animals, plant life, and pure water.

When I feel my Faith challenged, I like to go outside. To a place in nature that appeals in that particular moment in time, whether it be seascape, mountain, forest, river, lake, hillside, pasture or garden. Once I am standing or sitting on the earth, without the constraint of cement or floor beneath my feet, I am better able to regain the flutters of inspiration, comfort or peace, that are needed to again connect with Faith. As soon as we begin to focus our awareness in a manner that is seeking a connection with the Divine, our Higher Self, or our Soul purpose, we begin to send out etheric chords of light that vibrate at an extremely pure rate. The vibration begins to effect all of the thought patterns, emotional challenges, the physical health of our bodies, and the way we feel connected or disconnected to the planet.

A prayerful thought, a moment of meditation, effects each level of our personal and communal experience. The thoughts that become barriers, are those that diminish our self esteem, and our Faith, and are often a result of our Ego and fear. To overcome such thoughts, consider taking off ones shoes, curling toes and fingers into the ground, and noticing the way plants courageously grow, even if only for a single season, ever upwards, to share their intrinsic beauty, with the world. Watch the way animals move, the way they navigate a largely human landscape, seeking out the wild places, and in domestic cases, sharing unconditional love each and every day. On days where I feel tired or sad, I watch my dog leap through tall grass, or the way the tree branches seem to greet the wind with fondness. I listen to the natural world, and in this listening, I am able to reconnect with Faith for myself, the planet, and her people.

For a connection to the Divine feminine aspects, one of the ascended masters that offers constant companionship to anyone seeking to renew their Faith is White Buffalo Calf Woman. For a renewal of the Divine masculine, the ascended master Jesus offers assistance. Both carry gentle energy, of renewal and compassion, for a changeable earth, an evolving humanity, and a respect for all living beings, the earth included.

A mantra/prayer I have found useful in connecting with their particular light resonance is as follows:

“Dear God/dess of creation, please help me to feel the light within this earth, the light within myself, and the pathways on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual planes that I can travel to feel more grounded in my true self. Please send me assistance through the energy gifts of Jesus, to be patient with myself, as I learn each new tool for this growth. Please send me the energy assistance of White Buffalo Calf Woman, so that my relationship with myself, this earth, and all those I encounter, is based on respect and sacred awareness for the gifts of this life. Thank you. Amen, Aho, and OM.”

Predictions for Energy opportunities in 2015

 

Hope and Transforming into Peace *Forecast for energy available to us during 2015

I light my candle and say prayers for assistance of clarity and positive light based messages, I see a single word clearly; Hope. As the energy transitions into 2015, there is a doorway that continues to open. Mass consciousness has begun to shift and shake free of karmic debris carried forward from the last several thousand years.

The souls that have chosen to reincarnate during this life cycle are becoming even more aware of their previous life lessons they can evolve beyond. Children that are now in their teens to early thirties, step forward with greater confidence as the way has been paved for ‘truth speaking’. The highest truth of each individuals soul path is brighter as we connect with one another and engage with this ‘truth speaking’. The truth of belonging to this planet, and of co-creating it’s reality. As we pray, as we evolve and connect with our own unique soul paths, we are better equipped to cheer and celebrate one another.

Different ethnic and cultural beliefs are being offered new opportunities for mutual understanding and acceptance as we step forward through this doorway of global Choice. We choose the future that we create as mass consciousness.

For those who are visually minded, I share with you the images that I receive from Archangel Michael, who stands on the right side of this door, his sword and shield at the ready. He is clothed in strong purples and deep blues, and on the other side of the doorway the Blessed Mother is standing, in a soft blue robe. In her hands she holds a matrix of light, a mandala that is reminiscent of the flower of life, and has also been depicted as a blue rose.

They stand in balance, the transformative awakening energy of the purple representational of the sixth chakra and the ‘seeing of truth’ that all who engage in mediation, or communion with the Divine, are experiencing. The doorway is such as this expanded awareness, in that as we step through on the etheric plane, we are supporting this new opening with taking action steps on the physical.

This new year is sweeping through with encouragement, a loud cheering so to speak, from ascended masters and archangels and earth spirits who are ushering in the impetus for us all to act. To act in accordance with the future we are ‘hoping for’, not only individually but cosmically.

Each day we contribute to the overall well being of our families, communities, countries, the continents and the world at large. Will we choose peace? Will we choose it daily? The Ascended Masters and Archangels work in a network grid of connected light. At the intersections of this light are each human incarnation, like a gleaming radiant pinnacle in a constellation of stars. These intersections of light can activate one another across the globe.

Where a young person is painting in North America, their images, passing through the internet may ‘speak to’ or inspire a light worker who is working in a community in Asia to bring about cultural communication for peace between different religious groups. Women speaking and supporting one another across the globe is made more manifest in 2015, and young men, particularly those working with the yin, the divine feminine, as they seek to balance the aggressive energies, are beginning to walk into their power as this doorway opens.

Have we dreamed of schools that teach meditation to our children? This is the year to volunteer, propose, and move forward with these changes. Have we dreamed of partnering with schools across the globe, to have not only pen pals with other cultures, but to communicate about our children’s higher truths? The children of the planet with their wide eyes, and soul memories have much to contribute. They will ask for opportunities to organically garden, to speak of past lives, to work with crystals.

We as adults, as young adults and wise grandparents must step forward, making choices to support their peaceful and loving tendencies by acting in accordance with our own dreams. We must allow ourselves to be artists, dreamers, seekers, reverent beings. Many people who have retired are discovering a powerful impetus of energy to create in a new way. The men who were raised with father continuously at war have messages of Peace to share. They are transmitting Buddha messages of Peace. They will be distinguishable with kind eyes, some or all silver hair and they will tell stories, share stores in men’s circles or in a mentorship capacity for greater awareness of the value in Peace. Brotherhoods based more strongly around communication which is assertive, instead of aggressive. Children will benefit from this talk, they around the elementary age are particularly receptive to truth sharing through stories, and carry very pure empathy.

Women are beginning to reach out globally and will continue to do so. Look for women writing and speaking of Peace in all areas of Asia. There is a stepping forward, a voice of peace that will no longer allow itself to be ignored. We as women in North America are set to support these truth speakers by choosing to follow our own hopes and dreams for a connected future. We reach to one another, to share honest stories, to co-create futures for children with opportunities in learning and play that are based on the ‘whole woman’.Media changes with a greater support for the ‘whole woman’ are possible this approaching year. The Blessed Mother is standing at the door, her matrix of life giving energy asking mothers to support and band together, to ask for a future, where relationships with kindness, respect, and safety are not only in the home but in the larger community.

Groups for cultural sharing, artwork, food, peace walks, all are moving forward. The old structures exist but they can change. We are changing them. What people have felt comfortable in sharing about themselves is changing. We are calling the Divine back into comfortable peaceful being in the western society. We speak it, we live it, and we love it into being, and all of the angels the ascended masters, the spirit guides, our ancestors that walk with us, each is raising their hands and voices in support of this transition.

I see a wave of purple and blue light, like a dragon or a stampede of horses rushing across the sky. Michael, carries a sword of light in this energy, just as Shiva, atop his mountain resonates it, these waves of energy that cut through lower energy, the fear and the ‘no I can’t’ ego thoughts. As the fear is destroyed, the love based energy follows like a wave.

The ocean carries large waves this upcoming year. The waves can be used as cleansing, and come with peace, with a gentleness depending on the energy we, as humans are sending towards them. Can we pray together to bring about gentler earth transitions? Yes we can. Can our hope for safety, for sharing resources, light. and love based messages replace fearful mass media? Yes it can. When we in the western world, with our access to the internet, our resources and time are dedicated to spreading hope, love, and light, we can achieve transformation of nations.

What will we choose individually? What will we all choose universally? This is what the universe at large is asking. For our free will cannot be overruled. We can send these messages, we can visualize the cessation of fear mongering, yet we must individually take ownership and make choices that move forward towards Peace.

I believe, with all my soul and being, that we are capable. I see it everyday. The people that I connect with want to talk of a future with peace and sustainability. The children I meet, who are coming with powerful angelic and ascended master knowledge, the retired generations who want to speak of their experience of war, and the value of peace.

This energy for transformation is powerful, it can be all encompassing of our lives when we let it. It is loud, it is boisterous, it is filled with cheering for our fellow humans, and it has the power to change everything.
