Lighting Our Way Through Dark Nights of the Soul

The Soul travels through time and space, retaining knowledge of what pathways of light are sustaining of hope, what pathways of choices ultimately contribute to collective despair. The Akashic Records and our multiple reincarnations offer us ample opportunities to identify when a pattern or challenge is familiar, and we are equipped with free will to navigate it in a variety ways. Each of us, on our human incarnated present journeys, are asked, tested, so to speak, by circumstances in life that we have co-created, on an etheric level, how will we deepen our reservoirs of compassion? How will we create bridges together through grief, to the bliss of being on all levels, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically aligned?

Every spiritual devotee and seeker, must exist in the physical world and must experience the trials of developing or ignoring their personal gifts, or enhanced perception. Yet with each individual that commits to celebrating their gifts, energy vibrations lighten for the generations that follow and for those people that are interacted with on a daily, or soul path, basis. Through acknowledging that we go through continuous cycles of rebirth, death and dying, through uncovering the joy that fills the space between each release of old patterns, we become like master builders/teachers on each level, capable of intentionally constructing networks of light that support, elevate and encourage the collective unconscious as it radiates Love.

When a spiritual seeker is developing their skills, we each are given ample opportunity to fine tune our intentions, strengths and faith. Like the tasks that heroes and heroines of old were asked to preform to become worthy of their titles, each person incarnated on the planet is offered multiple scenarios and learning experiences to finely tune their particular gifts. Some of the lessons we experience deepen our wealth of compassion; we may experience deep wells of grief, frustration, confusion or other forms of human suffering. Yet, through those experiences, we are all ultimately offered the choice of what we will actively contribute on a grander scale having explored and survived such scenarios. Do we choose to turn the depth of our emotional experience into a lantern, helping hand, or a beacon of hope for others? Or do we recreate the lesson multiple times by seeking out those who reflect the emotional intensity of a scenario that is familiar, as we are offered choices repeatedly on how we wish to develop or unfold?

Our energy selves yearn to unfurl, like the wings of birds or butterflies, or waves crashing against the shore. Our energy bodies are often held in tightly against our perception of what physical space we ‘should’ occupy as humans.
Yet, when our vast and Soul rich self, is acknowledged, we are offered gifts for perceiving how in previous lives, we also moved through and beyond challenges, ever evolving and deepening our knowledge and wisdom of human, and spiritual experience. What are the gifts that rush to the surface of the psyche when we create new space through release? We each have gifts that contribute to the gifts of others around the globe. One persons kind or brave act often inspires or assists another person in honing their particular gifts. An artists work with a subject matter of a trial or pattern they have recently chosen to move through and beyond, for example, may help acknowledge and then heal the emotional wounds another carries, whom then becomes an advocate for people in trauma, whom in turn one day choose to raise families with acceptance and compassion, whom in turn build new communities, businesses and stories of their own that effect thousands.

On days in which I acknowledge that something that has been familiar, is ready to transition into a natural death cycle in my psyche, I take a moment to consider all of the ways in which I have learned from the pattern I wish to release. If I sense a friendship, a past-life loved one, a job, a lifestyle choice, or a thought pattern, that I am ready to move beyond, I am best able to identify it by seeing/acknowledging the space within me that no longer carries a desire to experience the intensity the situation evoked on an emotional, spiritual, mental or physical level. Once I have identified this space that is ready to be honoured, I say a prayer such as:

“Dear God/dess of Creation, please surround myself and my loved ones in globes of divine light for protection, courage and strength. Please help me to honestly see the ways in which I have been feeding this (pattern/scenario/relationship) and clearly identify what needs to shift within my being to effect positive change in honouring my highest Truth and Soul Path. Thank you for assisting my clarity and infusing this situation with the healing I am ready to integrate and accept to move beyond this pattern, and to invite divine health into my life on all levels. Thank you, Amen, Aho, and Om.”

I then visualize sending the learning lesson deep levels of Love. As a clairvoyant person, this Love is something I perceive as like a river of light. I thank each person who contributed to the pattern, even those that caused pain, for without that discomfort, perhaps, I would not have recognized my desire to grow. And with the love that is being sent, I then release the feeling/image/pattern/scenario, in my mind, seeing the pathways of light that connected me, dissolving and flowing away from my energy body like a leaf moving down a river. As the lesson moves out of my etheric field, I often feel a ‘lightening’ as if it is more possible to draw a deep and full breath, as new space has been opened up around my being.

We are all so connected to the etheric level of creation and this physical human experience in which we can awaken repeatedly in one lifetime, to infinite knowledge. We need not be caught in despair or anger, we may choose new pathways each and every day. We may be highly conscious, totally sensitive evolving souls who learn with every breath that we are blessed with, in our current bodies. All people have compassion and gifts to offer when making choices with focused intent for a more healthful existence and cohabitation of this wondrous planet. As sensitive awakening beings, the souls incarnated on this planet have a millennia of knowledge, wisdom and perception that sees through the veils of current reality, to the possibilities, the incredible vision of what individuals and groups working in collective manifestation, are capable of contributing.

Akashic Records and Intuitive Leaps

Life presents us each with learning opportunities. Some of them are intensely challenging. We are asked to grow in ways that feel physically, emotionally and mentally uncomfortable. Yet our Spirit self, is expansive and bold, aware that growth occurs unendingly, and as we each allow it, we have greater space for experiencing and sharing the gifts we brought when we incarnated onto the planet.

When we seek to align our Soul Purpose on a subconscious and conscious level, we must first cut through several layers of etheric debris that we carry about associated with ‘fear’. These can be patterns that we have just developed, or had passed down through generations on physical choices, actions, and self fulfilling prophesy. They can be patterns we have ingested from a broader influence, a result of cultural influences in our current society. Or they can be karmic imprints from our previous lives, lessons we have brought forward into our current life walk, with a further opportunity to make alternate choices and grow in the way that we need at this time.

There is an aspect of conscious mental being, that invites messages from the etheric realm, through inspiration, instant understanding, and intuitive leaps. In extrasensory awareness, this is called ‘claircognition’, and like all extra sensory sensitivities, we are each able to receive higher guidance in this way. Many flashes of intuitive knowledge are discarded as a person lives a patterned life of discounting ‘far fetched’ ideas, inspiration or possibilities. For those that feel aware of previous lifetimes, we are each offered the strengths and gifts on a spiritual level, developed in that previous life, as well as an opportunity to integrate how choices previously unfolded personally and collectively when those lifetimes were experienced. During the remembering process, a person may feel drawn to another landscape on the planet, a certain climate zone that ‘feels’ like home. An intuitive flashes may recommend a short or long journey alone. The ego based fear pattern asserts it would be selfish. Yet if we honored our impetus to grow and explore, what gifts of self worth, knowledge and enlightenment would we then share with all those we returned too? This can be an indication that an aspect of the spiritual being is experiencing an unfolding level of consciousness, where by visiting such a place, either physically visiting, or devoting time and energy to meditation or contemplation of that place, affords a deeper understanding of self. The idea of purchasing a plane ticket and flying around the globe can be one the ego voice talks ourselves out of. Yet holding that image in our mind, visiting the spot in psychic memory or through a series of photos in books or online, still is honoring this flash of intuitive understanding, non linear as it appears. When I have listened to my guidance, to travel or explore a ‘far reaching memory’ an ‘akashic record’ I have always received a greater understanding and deepening of my own strength.

Our intuitive flash may ask for physical healing modalities, the pattern of fear may assert there is not money or time for such a devotion, yet through making physical investment in well being, suddenly we are more energized, and have even more hours of the day in which we feel motivated to create, achieve and be of service for others. The current energy on the planet has a swirling mix of karmic debris, anxious collective fears, and some exhaustion mixed in. Yet there are waves of light, Divine Love, and creation being beamed towards each of us and the planet at large, simultaneously. In honoring an intuitive flash, of what we truly ‘need’ to feel aligned with our Soul Purpose and at peace within ourselves, we are tuning in, cutting through chords, of lower vibrations based on fears. Through this, we create and energy pathway, a remembrance of Higher Self, that affords gifts of all kinds to flow through us and our lives. The energy pathways, once opened, send streams of light into our etheric beings, like pure water filling a vessel. The first step to feeling refilled, refueled and reintegrating vital life force, is to acknowledge the ways we are ready and wanting to shift outmoded patterns. Do we feel that we constantly hear negative concepts in the world? We can then empower ourselves to shift the pattern by seeking to notice, acknowledge and celebrate small and large acts of kindness, bravery and love around us. Do we seek to feel more hopeful? When was the last time we allowed ourselves to visualize and imagine a world or personal vocation, that fills us with hope? Are their places on the planet we feel drawn to engage with? We can each find a way of doing so. Perhaps we will pray each day for the place and its people, perhaps we will join a volunteer organization that offers service of positive impact in such a place, or we will make a dedication to address one of the sorrows in our own lives, so that we may better mentor others in their own healing journey through sharing our unique stories and perspectives.

A prayer I often use, when seeking to navigate lower vibrations, life challenges, and a sense of balance is:

“Dear Divine Source, God/dess of Creation, please send your light warriors to surround myself and those who are open to receiving at this time, encouragement, for connecting to our Higher Selves, so that as we make choices, it is with clear reception of wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the ways in which each human life is connected throughout time and space. Please send me the pateint assistance of Jesus, to walk beside me and offer gentle reminders that when I struggle, I am only growing and deepening my inner strength, and capacity to view myself and this world, with Compassion. Please send the enveloping light of Quan Yin, so that I may be reminded of the timelessness of being, and treat my fellow humans, animals and this natural beautiful earth, with Compassion. Thank you for reminding me to clearly receive any intuitive messages towards change, action and creative problem solving that the etheric support team working with me at this time, is beaming for my own and humanities collective well being. Thank you, Amen, Om and Aho.”

This is a cosmic unfolding in which we are each offered opportunities to choose which wave of energy we are willing to connect with and receive from. We can see the sorrow and challenges, yet dedicate through a life of service and personal empowerment, energy to encouraging positive change, manifestation and healing on personal and global levels.

Being Present, Harnessing the Light

As the spiritual energy that we are open to receiving, is transmuted into our conscious minds and bodies, we must each seek to ‘ground’ our being into the physical world, like an anchor holding a ship at full sail. Our physical being is the vessel for the spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of self. Without it, we return to radiant light. As many people embark on spiritual awakenings, it is particularly important to engage in a personal practice of ‘grounding’ that allows for the harnessing of etheric energy and expanded consciousness in a healthy physical manner of being.

Our bodies must receive the care and nurturing, the expression and balance they need to maintain alignment for divine health. Some of the ways that etheric awakening can effect the physical body, are to accelerate sensitivities in patterns of food, exercise, and breathe. We may notice reactions to food, beverages, and others substances that require us to change familiar patterns, to effect greater personal wellness. We notice the way our body craves movement and the relationship to our breathe with feelings of calm, peace or personal power. The power of our bodies to transform,regenerate and heal, being filled with vital energy, is directly effected by the spiritual, mental and emotional beliefs we carry about ourselves and the world at large.

For those that astrally protect, dream walk, or are highly sensitive through feeling (clarsentience), sight (clairvoyance), hearing(clairaudience) or divine inspiration(claircognizience), the body requires investments of time and care that align the full self in a healthy way with the physical manifestation of the the world. Each person, instinctively is drawn to the physical manifestation for personal ground that is most suited to their particular resonance. Some people need water, to truly connect and ‘feel; the cells of their body being anchored to the earth. others need high alpine winds, or the slopes of mountains, while others still have a park bench, a beloved garden, or the field of grass they feel drawn to laying down upon. We, as individuals, walk the planet, each footstep cradled by a greater living source, the life force of the earth. Through our connection both to the earth itself, and the body that houses us, we become more acutely aware of the ways in which our own gifts can effect positive change, growth, sustenance and joy personally and publicly. For example, if I have dedicated a week to ‘receiving’ messages from the divine source, in service to others, I must also take several hours in the following days, to reconnect with the physical reality of my own life. If I give a reading, or a prayer for another, my personal being, seeks to be grounded in a very physical way through time in nature, preferably with my shoes off.

What are the ways in which we can each identify areas in our life that are seeking balance through personal ‘grounding’? A simple prayer/meditation/practice that I have found useful is as such.

Interlacing my fingers, I place my hands palms facing down over my navel. Breathing deeply, I allow my mind to relax, and my spiritual awareness to unfurl, and I pray something like this:

“Dear God/dess, please guide my body and being to the healthiest grounding practices and places that I am resonating with at this time. Please send the assistance of Archangel Micheal to cut any chords that are connecting me to energy draining patterns, and please send the assistance and strength of the ascended master Shiva to revitalize my cells so that I am aware of the ways my physical empowerment will benefit the whole of my life purpose. Thank you, Amen and OM.”

After I have uttered the prayer, I allow myself to receive any messages such as through images or feelings that encourage an expression of anchoring on the physical level. perhaps I feel the gentle breeze such as would move through the forest when on a trail, or the sound of water rushing, like when visiting a waterfall. Whatever the message is, as encompassing as a full day out of doors, a yoga practice or for a few minutes of dancing around the room, I commit to honoring the impetus, and being more fully present in my physical being. Through this presence, I am more rooted, balanced, and grounded in harnessing the cosmic vibrations of compassion, peace, and strength which I seek to transmute to the world at large. When we allow the physical to express itself, energy is transmuted and released, patterns can be changed, and empowerment harnessed.

Etheric Alignment to Remove Fear or Insomnia

On the etheric level, my ‘vision’ of the world, is one in which two separate earths are coexisting, and overlying across one another. On one image, is an energy globe that stretches and twists with different levels of energy of the lower frequencies, rolling against one another like muddy debris being tossed through the air. The second image is of a globe of light, soft colors of gold, pinks and blues, all swirling gently in a spiral together. The two images exist simultaneously, yet with each determination a person makes to speak, act, and live from a place of Divine Love, the soft colors spread out, enfold a piece of the muddy energy, and work to assimilate the energy of the debris and raise its frequency to something shining like a crystal.

For people who have been experiencing a ‘shift’ in personal consciousness, or an ‘awakening’ of their ‘sixth sense’, this is a tumultuous feeling time, where sleep can feel elusive or challenging, and be akin to insomnia. The ‘pull’ of the opposing energies can leave one feeling as though the adrenal glands are constantly firing adrenalin, as if a one is constantly ready to run up a mountain rather than relax into sleep. Feverish sleeps, as well as semi- conscious, not quite sleeping, but ‘kind-of-sleeping’ can also occur.

Sleep brings us many gifts, and for the highly sensitive, these gifts can be very clear recollections of all that was experienced when sleeping. The vivid dream states that most highly sensitive individuals enter when balanced, are sometimes a combination between ‘dreaming’ and ‘soul travel’. Astral projection between different dimensional realities can manifest in more than one way. A retention of ones current incarnations consciousness will accompany many who are astrally traveling across the earth, and through to different levels of the energy reality. Some people will visit the dimensions of ‘fairy,’ the realm that exist some closely with our own. Others will visit places such as ‘shambala’, and receive teachings from ascended masters. Others still will have vivid dreams that bring them in contact with ancestors, guardians from their spirits family, with advice, comfort, healing messages and guidance. Still, other vivid dreams can occur, in which the spirit is immersed in a learning opportunity that combines frequencies the earth is currently moving towards, and those that are being shed at this time.

To acknowledge the challenges that may be blocking some peoples current sleep patterns, and find a way to re-infuse the body with much needed rest, as well as to be navigating the energy realities, I offer these tools:

*Fresh air is incredibly important at this time. The air carries on it the energy resonance of all that has been interacting with the wind. The trees, the plants, the animals, the water, the sunlight, all come with the cleansing wind. When possible sleep with fresh air. If not possible, claim at least five minutes a day, outside, breathing deeply with intention. Visualize the energy of the element one is most drawn to at this time. Is it a waterfall with light radiating through it to cast a rainbow? Is it the snowy top of a mountain peak, or the lush green jungle where flowers bloom in abundance? What is the element of nature that could bring gifts of renewal? Visualize with each inhalation, this element is entering the body with the breath, and the life force of the place, like tiny sparkles of gold or silver are spreading out through the cells an self.

*Epsom salts or sea salts offer the gift of removal of lower energies and are readily available in bulk purchase. Before sleeping, mix a generous handful in a bowl and place either the hands or the feet into the water. Visualize any challenging encounters, lower energies or hurtful feelings experienced during the day, being pulled out of the feet or hands, into the water. The body on the physical level releases toxins into the salt bath, while on the etheric and emotional level, the salts and water have an elevated ‘cleansing’ frequency.

*Consider a nightly affirmation/prayer such as this one:

“Dear God/dess of creation, ascended masters working alongside me at this time, and archangels who wish to bring forth blessings, please guide me to release on all levels, any negativity, lower vibrations or fear that is effecting my ability to receive restful sleep. Please send me clear messages throughout the day, for what I can do that aligns my body, mind, heart and spirit, with my best Divine health. I ask that Archangels Micheal and Ariel, and Shiva assist me in connecting to the personal courage and truth I am seeking at this time, for my personal evolution of Love, Peace, and Compassion. Please send light to my loved ones, as they navigate their own personal changes, and help me encourage them in whatever way would be most helpful at this time, for rejuvenation, strength and kindness. Thank you, Amen, Om, an Aho.”

The tools provided here are simple. Just as the act of falling asleep, receiving cellular regeneration and a renewal of life force, should be simple. Yet in this time, of cosmic shifting, we are often distracted by daily tasks and patterns that take our awareness away from the simplicity of life. Yet, all that we experience, has the potential to flow through, around and with us in a positive manner. Like a kaleidoscope of soft colors and light, all swirling in the same direction, we are able to synthesize and align our beings for greater restful, empowered consciousness. From this place of alignment, when we do enter the ‘dream state’, the experiences we have, the energy we shed, can add to our sense of personal empowerment.

We all deserve to be in alignment with our own Divine health. Wishing everyone the peace of balanced sleep.

Tools for Conscious Living

I’ve been meditating on the tools available to us all for ‘clear reception’ from the etheric realm. There are natural rhythms that we all experience, where different aspects of the self, the physical, the mental, and the emotional all draw us away from focused etheric reception, into other experiences, lessons and growth. During times, where some of these other aspects, seem all encompassing, it can be helpful to remember some of the tools that are available for creating a framework on the spiritual plane of existence, that allows for clarity in reception of the supportive, helpful and love based messages of the highest vibrations, that are in existence each and every day for us all.

One of the simplest tools is through intentional thought. Simply think and allow for assistance from the myriad array of etheric helpers who have chosen to work with each of us on our life path. Each of us works in conjunction with guardian angels, ascended masters, archangels, spirit helpers, fairy and earth beings, and the divine god/dess force of the universe.The thought can be as simple as:

“Please God/dess force, send me assistance for clear reception today. Thank you.”

If what follows is a feeling, an image, or an idea for action such as walk in nature, an epsom salt bath, a high vibrational juice or food, time with a loved one or beloved animal, a particular color of clothing to wear, or journalling, sound creation, or artwork, consider your intentional thought effective. These are the first ‘clearly received messages’ with the assistance of your guides. Intentional thought is always effective. We may not receive the assistance in the manner we had expected, but we will receive clearer messages on further tools for our personal alignment.

Today I am working with the clear beaming blue silver radiance of the Christ Consciousness, a high vibrational resonance that is beaming with intensified directness towards and around this earth at this time. As written in the previous blogpost, the Christ Consciousness in my perception is the light and Soul Group energy that Jesus embodied during his life walk, yet it is not confined to that particular incarnation or ascended master. When I ‘look’ at the framework of light that connects souls and the cosmos at large, the Christ Consciousness is a fiery white light, with blue undertones closer to the planet, that carries aspects of the divine masculine force of the universe and weaves souls, gridlines, cosmic mandalas (such as the flower of life), and human incarnations to the etheric realm.

People on the plant have both a physical body, as well as a spiritual signature. The light that is radiated by individual beings extends out into the etheric realm in a unique vibration that has tones of both the present life experience, as well as the tones or vibrations of the greater Soul experiencing the life path, and the paths that have been experienced before. I see the Christ Consciousness as the tone that resonates as an additional ‘rope’ connecting the physical being and the etheric being like a bridge, or anchor.

This light, that works with us, is moving into a more discernible ‘brightness’ or ‘sound’ for each of us. The karmic shifting on the planet over the last two years, is allowing the spiritual realm to be ‘closer’ in the universal consciousness than in many generations and years past on this planet. Though we are often shown images of despair and destruction on the planet, people on a mass scale are also radiating with levels of loving intention, consciousness for peaceful change, and intentions for co-created sustainable future on a global scale that has not yet been seen on this planet. In previous ages and dimensions of this planet, there has been a dichotomy of fear based and love based intentions. These still exist, but where they were divided in places of history where entire races of people were dedicating life paths to one or the other, humanity has evolved to a place where we are each given choices daily to choose love or fear. We, the human race, is no longer locked into a pattern of one or the other for an entire lifespan. We are all capable of changing the course of our lives, every single day.

On a grander scale this means, that at any time, any individual, group, community, government or country can choice to work with love based intentions. It gives the planet an incredible opportunity to drastically change within the span of each day. Like waves rising from the ocean, we are each able to become apart of the wave, to rush forward with power intensity towards anything and everything we wish to effect.

Consider the power of one kind action in our day. The kind action can begin for ourself. We choose to start the day with a thought, an etheric tool such as a positive affirmation like:

“Today I will receive assistance from the Christ Consciousness in connecting with my Courage to speak about love, and that which truly matters to me in this life”.

That intention, has directed the building wave of our/your day to follow the energetic framework outlined by a single thought. This does not mean obstacles may not arise during the day, but with a continued choice to work with ones guides, higher self, and courage, the day will build intensity in the manner in which the soul/person has chosen. As a person continues forward, passing near others, the vibration they emit with such an intention has an effect on others. Other people in encountering this vibration, are given their own choice. Will they begin to raise their vibration to match, will they choose to also work with the courage of self, their own unique gifts, and truth for the world? Or will they reject the wave of energy, dig their heels in and decide “not now”? Either choice is made with free will.

The Christ Consciousness, a tangible aspect of the light of divine masculine with the will to act and manifest is interwoven in all living beings. Every single person has access to the light that can assist them with courage, manifestation of personal truth, and divine consciousness. What amazing knowledge it can be, to connect and feel this energy reality. To know that when humans work together, from a place of conscious intentions and choice we are able to effect such incredible change.

May today be a day of clear reception of your highest Self and vibrational gifts for this planet.

Balancing the Wheel of Self

How many times in one life, or in a thousand lifetimes do we live, and die and rebirth? Sometimes I awake like a baby bird, tentatively exploring the world with ‘new’ eyes. The world around me fragile yet filled with possibilities and light, a reflection of the internal transformation that I have recently emerged from.

Over the past four days I embarked on a journey, a commitment of self to travel through the internal ‘wheel’ of awareness and allow for transformation, regeneration, and growth. When we actively acknowledge that we have been, or are in need of a re-birthing of self, there are several levels that can benefit from devotion of energy.

Intense energy is circling the planet, our individual lives, countries and the globe at large. Each of us has our own path and journey, our own evolution of soul, and each of us will experience a ‘rebirthing’ of self several times throughout each individual lifetime. Parts of us live and die as we forge or release relationships, become parents, change directions in jobs, leave or build new homes. The shifting seasons are a kind of mirror, an offered prayer to remember all that we have planted, let sleep, seen grow, and harvested in the cycle of our individual years.

As a child, my parents took me to Medicine Wheel Gatherings. The first was with Sun Bear in the early 1990’s. They held my hand and asked me to listen with my spirit and heart as I walked the circle of stones. I have visited temples, monasteries and churches around the world, and always endeavor to walk with this same listening of spirit and heart. With this internal perception, though I may not understand the words that have been written in other languages in each sacred space, I feel and connect with the heart energy, the resonance of the earth and the prayers that have been placed in such sacred space’s keeping. There is a vibration of Peace, of self love and divine love that thrums across time and space, culture and language. We all have access to it, we all are capable of broadcasting it.

To rediscover this resonance within us, sometimes we require an active commitment of self, a meditation or personal mantra that allows for clarity on each level of awareness to connect with the internal and universal resonance of light. These commitments of self can become journeys that span the globe, or take but a few precious moments each day amidst our other routines. The intuitive yearning that we each can connect to, guides us as individuals along the ‘right’ path for us.

Five days ago, the fiery energy sweeping across the planet, the intense wave of transformational energy, indicated to me, that it was time for a re-birthing of self. I was tired, on many levels. I asked my angels and guides for assistance in helping me choose a regenerative practice that would bring about the greatest balance, and what they ‘showed’ me was an image of myself as a child, walking in the soft sunlight, around a medicine wheel.

In honor of the four directions on the wheel, I spent a day devoted to each aspect of self; the trust, innocence and enthusiasm of physical being, the emotional and introspective qualities of self, the wisdom of spiritual receptive knowledge and finally the freedom of enlightenment and mental clarity.

The physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies all receive and transmit daily. Each cell in the body is a reflection, a mirror vibrating what is occurring on each level of its existence. To revitalize cells can require a devotion of energy for loving kindness, forgiveness, hope and healing. They can require this not only through kind words, healthy food, prayer or mantra and meditation but also through allowing for assistance to come from the Divine, in whatever name, or spiritual path we have presently chosen.

As I complete my internal medicine wheel, the clairvoyant aspect of my being ‘sees’ a revitalized self. I am like a wheel that can roll forward once more, balanced by having acknowledged and released energy on each level that I was ready to move beyond. Were some of the days uncomfortable, painful, sad? Absolutely. Were they also awash with gentleness, acceptance, peace and relief? Absolutely.

I carry forward a new version of self, an integrated being.

Whatever steps, time or focus, our inner knowing is encouraging us to take, to return to a place of feeling balanced, grounded and able to flow in this world, it is vital to listen. The fire of transformation can feel like it burns us, or it can be a glow, a spark and a tended fire that fuels us. Our honoring of our own need for dying, death and rebirth on each level, is a natural progression towards a collective rebirthing. We can birth Peace.

A prayer with the assistance of ascended masters and angels to encourage a gentle rebirthing experience:

“Dear God/dess, please send me the assistance and Gentle messages I need at this time to guide me towards self healing and rebirth. Please help me identify with the inner wisdom I carry, the ways in which I can encourage my own cycle of release, regeneration, and growth.

I ask that the light of Jesus, the healing wisdom that can be carried by each of us, be ignited within me, to assist in the choices I make each day.

I ask that the light of the spirit helpers, the earth keepers such as White Buffalo Calf Woman, encourage me to connect with the planet as well as the Peace within myself.

Please send the archangels that are working with me at this time, to re-evaluate and recognize all of the transformation I have accomplished in this life as well as any other, so that I may have the courage to rise from this current cycle, with more Love and Light to share with the world.

I am receptive towards all light based assistance for this transformation. Thank you, Amen, Om, and Aho”

Earth Reiki and Barefoot Energy Medicine

I’ve never had softer feet. They’ve been buffed and massaged to perfection. The hands that massaged them were not actual hands, but the roots, smooth rocks, and the undulations of the dirt trail that winds through the trees behind my house. I’ve been jogging barefoot for the last few months. Each step, landing on the balls of my feet, small steps with intention. Steps without an aim of ‘getting somewhere fast’, but with an intention of connection to the earth and a reactivation of energy exchange between my Self and the earth that is supporting me.

During the spring months, I began to notice a reoccurring theme in my Angel Readings for others. Each time I worked with Archangel Raphael and the fairy kingdom, I ‘saw’ an image of bare feet, pressing into the earth, and the energy exchange of soft gold light for the release of emotions and lower energies. I would like to share this visualization:

Go outside and find a patch of earth that calls to you. People with be drawn to different features, and they can trust that the surface of soft sand, or smooth rock, or moss and damp earth, are just the right combination of element and energy for themselves. Take off your shoes (and socks) and place your bare feet onto the ground. Gently rock forward and back, slight rocking from one foot to the next. This can be accomplished with the assistance of a chair, or standing straight up, or crouched over, hugging your knees. The fun part is to allow instinctually, nature and the inner movements of your body to assert what is needed most.

When you feel ready, close your eyes gently and breathe deeply. Allow the breathing to begin to loosen your muscles and relax you mind. This simple relaxation could be enough for the first few times. You may feel encouraged to open your eyes or continue in meditation, connecting with the sounds, smells, feeling and support of this natural environment you have grounded into.

If you feel guided, consider this visualization: Gold light is circulating through your body. It flows smoothly, unless there is a place that is retaining a negative emotion, trauma, frustration or other ‘block’. It wants to flow smoothly through your limbs, your cells and each of your chakra’s. The greatest gift of this earth, is that beneath our feet is a similar flow of light. The earth offers itself to help us balance and re-connect the flow of energy. Through our bare feet, there is fresh renewing gold light waiting to enter our bodies, and the earth offers us the gift of release. Allow the soft light to flow in a circular manner. Through the tips of each toe, and the base of the heel, up into the body, revitalizing and flushing away blocks. This light travels to the crown of our heads, and back down, to exit through the center of the foot, like a circular fountain of honey gold light. Cradling our feet, at the ankle, is the healing Archangel Raphael. He smiles and welcomes us to this healing experience. These words, or our own personal variation, can assist us in receiving assistance:

“Please God/dess, send me the assistance of Archangel Raphael to help me ground into the earth, to connect my own personal energy with the rhythms and flow of this beautiful earth, and to release the energy that I am ready to realize, and accept the healing power of new vital energy. I allow that the energy I release will be transformed, just as seeds, and plants are transformed. I ask that all trauma I am carrying, be transformed in this manner, and that the energy that replaces it heals through each cell of this body, mind, heart and spirit. Thank you, Amen, AUM and Aho.”

Simultaneously the energy of Jesus offers the gentle reassurance of white light circling the individual, and gentle hands atop, or resting just slightly above our shoulders. His light is the softest of hues, very protective, yet incredibly respectful and gentle of each of our individual comfort levels and boundaries. He stands a step behind us, whether we sit, stand or crouch and his face is filled with compassion and faith. he knows that the burdens you are ready to release can bring on a cleansing through tears. Jesus understands that there are aspects to the world that bring about frustration, disappointment and deep hurt. He offers his cloak of light as you process that which the earth and Archangel Raphael are aiding in healing and transforming. Jesus sends unconditional love and aids in the illumination of this light though the top of the head, the crown chakra. Words that can assist with this are:

“Please God/dess, thank you for sending me the loving support and healing light of Jesus. I accept the comforting light he sends, and the unconditional Love to transform the energy I carry in my Crown Chakra, and awareness. I am worthy of this light and love. The energy of Jesus assist me in this faith that I am worthy of Love. Thank You, Amen, AUM and Aho.”

As the body assimilates these gifts and changes, it is connected to the greater body of the earth itself. In this manner, the energy is given a globe, a matrix of light to integrate changes, transformation and healing. The Earth has a myriad array of light intersections within and atop her. The body of each individual is a pinnacle of light atop, that when ‘connected’ is magnified and balanced. This earth loves each human. We have made choices as a whole that have not always benefited her, yet still, she reaches up, to welcome our toes, to carry and cradle us through each of her steps. WIth a moment or an evening, or a daily practice, of connecting, we are all offered gifts of healing and greater awareness as caretakers of this light matrix and Earth.

We are all beautiful, growing, healing, changing and transforming extensions of this earth.

Boundaries and Personal Power

Boundaries are healthy intentions to create and keep a sacred space around the ‘self’ and energy field. Like a plant in the warmth of the sun, the more we invest and strengthen our ‘boundaries’, the stronger and healthier they become. Having a ‘boundary’ that allows you to acknowledge what is healthy and supportive of your life purpose, daily interactions, and evolving relationships is challenging, yet attainable.

To create and explore your own unique sacred space, I offer you this visualization:

Retreat to a place that feels ‘safe’, this could be outside, or inside, but is best practiced alone, or at least alone within a twelve foot radius. Interlace your fingers and place them over your solar plexus and begin to relax into deeper breathing.

When your lungs and body feel as though they are saturated in oxygen, choose a vibrant color that resonates with you. This color should be bright, and make you feel safe, healthy and vital when you see, or wear it.

Imagine that you have picked up a giant paintbrush, and draw a circle around yourself. This circle touches the ground, leaving space between you and the surrounding world. The line the paintbrush leaves is thick and strong. If you need to draw the circle more than once to feel that it is solid, do so.

Once drawn, take a moment to set an intention/ or prayer, something like this: “I ask that my higher self, my guides, my guardian angels and the ascended masters, God(dess), and earth helpers help to clear my energy field from any negativity and fear that I no longer wish to carry. In this circle of light, I reconnect with my Being, life purpose, and immense Divine Love.”

By enclosing yourself in a circle of light, you have not stopped loving, or being connected with those in your life you love. You have instead created a stronger inner ability to experience love and center yourself.

Perhaps as your day progresses you will feel this circle shrink. It might begin to fit your body like a shield of armor, or it may be challenged as you interact with those who are used to trespassing on your boundaries. If you tune into your inner knowing throughout the day, even for a few moment, do a visual scan of what is happening with your circle of light after such interactions, and if necessary, draw the circle with your giant mental paintbrush once more.

Ideally this ‘boundary drawing’ will become routine. The colors may change with the season’s , your spiritual journey, or your mood and life experiences. When the colors are vibrant, they are feeding you and protecting your simultaneously. Some of the angelic hues are:

Archangel Michael works primarily with vibrant blue and purple for safety, and protection.

Archangel Jophiel has hues of pink that lead to seeing the beauty within the self and the world.

Archangel Raphael is a predominantly green hues, bringing healing on all levels to those that work with him.

We all possess the ability to be energetically sensitive and aware. We all deserve to be nourished internally before sharing our gifts with the world around us. Healthy boundaries lead to healthy relationships in all aspects of ones life. May you have excellent Health!
